I went through the drive-thru on w.16th street in Indianapolis and place my order and I was getting ready to pay when I kindly asked the lady at window if I could add she went ahead and added what I ask for with no issues driving up to the next window to get my order I can hear an employee telling someone not to do that again referring to the lady at the window who took my payment not to add-on's so when I said something to the employee who took my payment to calm down I received half of Big Mac patty when I got home I was very disappointed after I received my order I rather drive out of my way to 38th street to get my order correct

This is the most ghetto place Ive ever been to! From the young girl taking my order and getting it wrong, to the manager I asked to speak with about the rude customer service I received from the young girl taking my order. I asked if he could come closer to the window so I wouldn’t have to yell and he proceeded to say some words to me, then had the audacity to say I’m no being rude! You are being rude! Never again will I go back there. Just an all around horrible experience. Black people y’all need to do better!
Long waits whether eating indoors or drive thru. Staff seemed annoyed when a customer approached the counter to order instead of using the kiosk screen. Maybe because the only cashier had to run both counter and drive thru registers. Did seem like it had good teamwork as I saw several employees working the food side and maintaining the dining area.

All menu and kiosk screens were operational. Clean, including men's restroom. Soda fountain machine. One of the nicer McDonald's locations I've visited.Like other McDonald's, I'd recommend buying off the $1/$2/$3 menu. Sausage McMuffins and large colas are especially good deals. Besides the price, I'd *guess* $1/$2/$3 orders are also more likely to be filled quickly and correctly, compared to some less popular items.
In my personal opinion they have very bad service, I have been there twice. Both times I have been missing products. I think they should take that "small detail" into account.

I really do not do McDonald's because I do not usually líke their meat. But I forgot how much I like their McChicken sandwich. So if I eat McDonald's it has to be cooked right or ugh I can't! But the one on West 16th St or the one on Kentucky Ave is the best the food is always hot and how it is supposed to be for paying to eat out. The workers are all so far great as well when you ask for something they get it with no problem like they should, as well with great customer service!!!
