I’ve been going to Mega Taco for some time, over the past few months service has gotten worse. Today I called my order in same thing chicken nachos on meat, cheese, and lettuce and was told 30 min. I get there get my food it was super cold as if it has been sitting for a while and it was fully loaded. On top of that the young lady that was working didn’t seem like she knew what was going on and had no sense of urgency with a restaurant full of people. I don’t think I will be coming back for some time, this is just not good. Great food but no pride in what is done.

The food is good which is what kept us coming back. But the customer service is terrible. There’s a lady with red hair and tattoos that keeps the phone in her apron and it’s on so the phone rings busy and you can’t order over the phone so we have to go in person. Earlier this week another young lady was very rude and short on the phone and said she couldn’t take our order, to call back in 35 minutes. She ended up taking our order and said it’d be 30 minutes, however when we got there she said it would be another 20 minutes. It’s been at least 3 times now that something is missing from our order. My husband spoke to the owner last time because she happened to be there and she gave him free chicharrón en salsa verde. Very nice of her.
Now today we ordered tacos and yet again a taco is missing from our order. We got charged for it, but it wasn’t with our order. I see other reviews sharing they were missing items too so this seems to be a frequent issue here. It’s very frustrating because it’s not until we get home that we realize, and it’s not even worth driving back for a taco.
Edit to reply: As stated the owner has been spoken to about the issues and yet it happened again. You’re not making things better. You can’t gaslight your customers reviews to your liking when the customer service is terrible and something goes wrong again! Obviously many things happened before a review was even left. Take this review as an opportunity to do better and instead of making excuses accept where you can learn and grow as a small family business and do better to keep your clients coming back. To be fair we spoke to the owner and then also I sent a private message on Facebook, which was ignored and then I was deleted. When we called yesterday letting you know that an item was missing yet again instead of offering a solution I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you, I’ll talk to the cook.“ That is not good customer service, you always offer a solution. But that was not done. Therefore I am allowed to leave you a review based off of many experiences. Not just one. Keep that in mind that’s it’s happened many times now, I didn’t leave you a bad review the first time, or second time it happened. But the third time after many bad experiences here and terrible customer service. You just need to Do better and take accountability.

Don’t show up here for lunch if we are short on time. Even when you order ahead they still make you wait 15-20 minutes.There was barely anybody at the restaurant. I had to leave without half my order because they were taking so long. When I asked for refund girl at the register kept stalling so I left without getting refund for the items they fail to make in timely manner. I had to get back to work. Now my lunch break is over so I can’t even eat the food that I brought. This needs to change

At my mom’s and just walked down and got some To-Go food. Super impressed. Food was piping hot when we got it back and delicious. Everything was huge portions. Menu has items you don’t see everywhere. I will go back every time I’m in town.

This place was so good! To start, they bring free chips and queso. Their salsa wasn’t my jam, but it wasn’t bad. My friend and I ordered a Birria Quesadilla split between 2 plates. This was my half! It was so good! Definitely recommend it! And Jaqueline was a great server!
The food was so delicious! We. Loved everything we ordered. Burrito bigger than your head and enough for two people. Tamales were delicious! Street tacos were fire! Chips and queso were so good! We will be back!
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu was great! The kids loved the cute little play area out front.

Got a togo order for the first time they got my order wrong I was shorted on my food and was overcharged. When I called the girl acted like I was lying about what I got charged even when I told her I was looking at my mobile bank statement. Claimed I wasn't charged what my bank said I was charged and nothing they would do . Will NEVER go back. Don't recommend
