Worst burmese foods I've had, didn't expect it to be that bad.

I bought a mohinga and it has a freaking bug in it, and waited longer than 40 min for my foods to get done. I don't recommend this restaurant

I thought the pho would be good since they have it printed big on their window under the restaurant name. this was the worst pho I've ever had in my life. the broth was cloudy and had a green hue to it. it didn't taste anything like pho broth, the meat was so hard I couldn't even take a bite from it. it was a small portion and cost $15 and I don't think I'd ever order it again even if it only cost $2. we had an order of egg rolls that were still frozen in the middle. we were never offered anything to drink and we asked for a glass of water they didn't come until we were finished eating. other dishes might be good but they definitely shouldn't have pho on their window in the current state they serve it as.

The taste here was the best so far I have ever tried in any Burmese restaurant in the U.S. The lady was so nice and understanding. She even asked for any allergies or dislikes, like my friend cannot eat fish sauce. She was really welcoming and was ready to cater our questions/requests. Even though it was closing time and getting late, she was full of patience and asked us not to rush with food.

The best Asian Restaurant in Southside of Indianapolis. Authentic typical Burmese food available with Mandalay Style.

One of the best authentic Asian foods are available here !!! Clean, romantic decorations and spacious space are one of the top choices for consumers ; second to the food options here. If you really looking for something that authentic Burmese and Asian cuisine, Mimi is the first Go to restaurant that you and your family can enjoy.

The place was so poorly lit that I had to move to another table just so I could read the menu, and the food was just awful ? I don't eat Asian much but I definitely won't be back here!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my favorite restaurant in town and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, each one more delicious than the last. I particularly enjoyed the Monh Hin Khaa, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I couldn't believe it was only $6.00! The presentation of the food was also impressive, with each dish looking like a work of art. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere quality are certainly hard to beat.

Mimi's Restaurant serves a nice variety of Southeast Asian dishes from Pad Thai and Vietnamese Pho to various Burmese dishes. I had a curry dish and it was quite good.On the downside, the service was slow and the wait staff didn't have great attitudes, either. The decor was very simple which is fine with me but it seemed to me that prices were a bit high from that perspective.Nonetheless, it is another good Burmese food option in Indianapolis

I cannot honestly rate the food at Mimi’s because I never actually ate there (more details below). But what I can say is that the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was extremely kind and understanding. I tried calling a restaurant in my Canadian hometown (also called Mimi’s) and erroneously dialed this restaurant by mistake. They very kindly took my order (even offering to stay open a bit past closing for me to pick it up!). When I realized what I’d done half an hour later I called back apologetically and offered to pay for my order. The gentleman I spoke with said not to worry, and that I should check them out the next time I’m in Indianapolis. I will! (p.s. For those who are interested, Mimi’s Asian Gourmet in Hamilton, Ontario is extremely delicious, even if their clientele aren’t exactly making the Dean’s list if you know what I mean.)
