This was our third visit. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food...we ate every bite of everything we ordered. Good flavors and good techniques.
Food is very good, but portion sizes are on the smaller side for price point. Cocktail prices are ridiculous $13.75 for a Tito's and soda water is nuts.
Modita is one of my favorite CRG restaurants. My husband and I went there last night our server, Mo, was wonderful! They walked us through the updated menu and made wonderful recommendations. Whenever we go we end up ordering mostly sushi and dim sum. We tried the new Pho Soup Dumplings which were incredible. We had the shrimp toast, eggs rolls and our favorite roll sushi roll - the shrimp tempura. All of it was amazing! My husband tried one of the newer beer options the Lucky Buddha, a refreshing Lager, and I had the Sanctuary of Truth. Not only was that drink amazing, when I wanted to try another drink Mo asked the bartender to make a based on my preferences - they made me the most amazing Thai Tea inspired drink! It was delicious! Overall, it was an amazing date night. The only opportunity was the music was a little loud which made it slightly difficult to hear our server or my husband from across the table. But, even with that I would recommend Modita if you're in the mood for Asian inspired food and amazing cocktails!!
i hadn't been to modita in a little while so i was very happy to be back. our server was fantastic and the food was delicious! i looove modita's eggrolls, they're so light & crispy and full of flavor! and the brussel sprouts are absolutely delicious! i can't wait to come back again very soon!

We come here every year when we stay at the Bottleworks Hotel and it has become one of our favorite restaurants. The service is wonderful, gorgeous atmosphere, and the food is fantastic. Don’t sleep on the desserts- amazing.

A beautiful place with great service and reasonably priced. The food was not at the level I'm used to in Cunningham restaurants — it was fine but not great.
Service and atmosphere were nice. I just wish the soup dumplings had more soup in them.

Modita is without a doubt our favorite restaurant in Indianapolis. We go very often sometimes almost every Friday, and if not, at least every couple of weeks or twice a month, because every visit is an amazing experience.
The food is extraordinary absolutely everything they serve is delicious, with impeccable quality and presentation. But if I had to highlight one thing, it would definitely be the bao buns simply irresistible!
The service is outstanding. Especially Josh, who almost always takes care of us, and the chef, who already treat us like family. They’re friendly, attentive, and make every visit feel special.
We’ve celebrated birthdays and special occasions here, and they always exceed our expectations. If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would. Without a doubt, the best restaurant I can recommend in Indianapolis excellent food, amazing atmosphere, and a team that makes you want to come back again and again.

Great food and flavors. Good setting and ambience in the old Bottleworks building. We'll be back for sure.
We've not met a Cunningham Group Restaurant we don't enjoy yet. This one though was over the top good. Great place to try a bunch of different dishes with your friends or family. Everything we had was excellent but the sushi roll we had (Tuna Uramaki) was out of control good. Enough to write a review about it. Highly recommend.
Perfect dinner and service. Dawson, our server was excellent!

Such a great first time at Modita. Service was attentive and quick, food was incredible. A little pricey but worth it.
First time at Modita -- we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was well presented and very tasty. We liked be able to order different courses to manage the pace of the experience. There was a mis-communication about when we needed to leave for a show combined with things dragging out a bit. We had to day our main dish with us to go as a result. The manager jumped in and took care of things without prompting which was very much appreciated. We will return.
