Food was good- the pork soup dumplings were tasty but the service here was terrible. I’ve never had such slow service sitting at the bar. It was like no one wanted to assist me. I order a cocktail and my food actually got there before my drink. It was $41 after tip for a cocktail and dumplings. Ridiculous! Very disappointed.

Absolutely outstanding establishment. Our server, Austin (Dawson!), generously took time to explain each section of the menu, pointing out favorites and details along the way. The Wagyu Nigiri was incredible, and was truly a one of a kind flavor. The Tuna Roll was also outstanding. Service was consistently quick. Overall, a wonderful place I will certainly return to.

Best restaurant in the city. I’ve gone 4 times since it opened. It was good the first time. It’s gotten better every time since. Try the shrimp toast. Name is funny but it’s amazing. I’m not even a shrimp fan.

The Bao Buns are out of this world amazing. The rest of food was wonderful as well. Our waiter was amazing. He has helped us last 2 times we have been in. I believe his name was Dawson.

I just can’t justify 5 fried dumplings for $18 😭this is street food 😭 the dumplings took 30 mins to arrive, sushi took another 40. Was sitting by the bar on a Monday with the restaurant nowhere near full capacity. Spicy tuna roll was pretty good. I’m just horrified at the dumplings 😭 I will say that the bartender and service was incredible!

Had a bunch of Dim Sum that we really enjoyed. Prices were reasonable, and service was good.

We had a great dinner at Modita. The food was awesome. Everything we had was delicious with the exception of the Tandori chicken. Awesome experience!

We ordered family style for our table so we were able to try about 20 items and everything we had was outstanding. Get the fresh wasabi, worth every penny.

Hands down the BEST Mongolian beef we have ever had in our lives. No exaggeration — it was tender, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and just melted in your mouth. The ginger salad was fresh and vibrant, a perfect balance to the richness of the main dish.

The atmosphere at Modita is classy but relaxed, and the ambiance is on point — warm lighting, great music, and a beautifully designed space that sets the tone for a memorable night out. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish.

We had an amazing time and seriously can’t wait to go back. Modita just raised the bar.
