I love the breadsticks & their pizzas 🍕 😍 I only wish they had chicken and/ or turkey sausage as an option.

I purchased my food to go but decided to dine in. When I asked for a soda refill, I was told I had to purchase another drink because I ordered to go. I mentioned I'm eating in, and that didn't matter. I needed to pay for my refill.
Odd policy if your eating in to pay for a refill.

We love taking a close by lunch at Monical's Pizza, and using them for our events! Food is always hot, delicious, on target and quick.

Pizza was on time but definitely not fresh but still good if you don’t mind old-ish pizza. We had pizza and salad delivered. They did not provide utensils or napkins. We were in a hotel and didn’t have these things available.

If you have not been there, you should definitely give it a try. There is a variety of pizzas and the best part is that you have the best size selection. Perfect for my family and I. We look forward to visiting again.

Arrived... no one is in the restaurant. Someone yells across the building to sit where ever, even though it says to wait to be seated.... slowly and painfully waiting for someone to take my money and bring me food. This is painful to be at this place. I had to beg an employee to get off his cell phone so I could pay. We will not be back.

We stopped to grab a couple of pizzas before our 2 hour drive home to Ohio. They were delicious and a treat since we don't get Monical's very often.

Went to this store on Mothers day May 11th. 2 1/2 weeks after a major surgery. Felt great before I stepped into the establishment. Almost no pain from surgery at all! Held the door for my wife and I stepped in the door slammed shut on me. Of course right into the 5 incisions on my right side. Reported to manager. Seemed like she could care less. She blamed it on wind causing it. Long story short, we had terrible service. I could and would have had medical attention if she had offered. I was in so much pain I was in a shock like state of mind. The manager did not make any attempts to check on me while we were there. I should have called an ambulance but couldn't think straight. I'm 2 days past this incident. I've called corporate and if spoke to a part owner. Oh the manager checked us out at the register and did t even attempt to have me fill out an incident report. Not did I receive a discount which after the poor treatment I received ,I would have refused. I have called my medical insurance ( I'm a senior citizen) called my surgeon and know what to look for as to complications to my surgery and 2 have occured which may need follow up. I also reached out to a couple attorneys and will make some decisions on the situation. You get hurt there- the manager doesn't care. Don't take a chance. Stay away from this store and help support my claim that they have been negligent in my treatment and eat elsewhere. I usually don't leave this negative of a review but I have to give them one or less stars for their inconsiderate ways of doing business. I have not heard from their insurance company but I was assured by mine that they will hear from mine if I have surgical or I ternal damage. Have interviewed 2 attorneys and will take it from there.
