WARNING***DON'T PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. ANYONE CAN PICK UP YOUR ORDER. THEY DON'T ASK WHAT'S IN THE ORDER, JUST A NAME.**** I placed an online order while I was at costco. I figured that'd be enough time to pick it up after I was done. When I checked the status online as I was leaving costco, it said my order was already picked up even though I obviously did not since I was just leaving costco. When I called to ask about it, they said, "It's not our fault. Anyone can come and pick up an order with just a name. We can't do anything about it. " When I asked if they could replace my order and I was not going to pay for it again, they said,"We can't do that. You have to pay for the order. There is nothing we can do for you. We have no way of knowing that you didn't already actually pick up the order." As I kept pleading my case, they still refused to help me other than to say, "Come back during the day to speak to someone." I just wanted them to replace my order that they gave to someone else.
I ordered delivery today but changed my mind so I called to change to pickup. Spoke with someone who changed to pickup and said they would start on it. This was at 3:35. I asked if I was going to get my $5 tip and delivery fee back and he said “I don’t know “.
So I wait 15- 20 minutes and head to the location. There were A couple of tables occupied but nothing major. I told the guy at the front desk I was there to pick up my order and he told me they were still working on it. I asked how long it would take and he told me it would be about 10 minutes. No problem!
I waited 15 minutes and saw no orders being brought up so I went across the street. I came back a short time later and stood in the front for another 20-25 minutes. There were plenty of employees that didn’t really seem to want to put this order together. People were standing around and looking at their phones. (Someone who is handling food should probably not be using their phone within eye shot of customers. Phones are incredibly dirty!) I did notice that half my order sat under the heater for probably 20 minutes And there was a shift change or something, so the young man that was helping me left and I stood there longer.
I shouldn’t have to remind someone, who I’m standing right in front of, I am waiting on an order. There has to be some sort of training involved with these positions. I would seriously suggest you implement that. By the time I got back home, half the food was cold.
Going to this location was always a good experience but today it seemed like some were completely disinterested in doing their job. I would like for someone to reach out to me and tell me how I can get the tip money back that I paid, the tip money, which no one worked for.

The food is always hot, fresh, and yummy, and the staff are always fantastic, and Amy is the top of the line when it comes to servers - so friendly and attentive to her customers. One of the best servers ever, honestly.
Vegetarian options: We are vegetarians and have several items that we choose from - cheese or veggie pizza (pan and thin), lasagna, salad, cheese tortellini.

We had 12 people in our group, and Monicals thin crust pizza is a favorite among many of us. Arian was our server and he did a fantastic job! We were a large, needy group and he was friendly and accommodating. Our salads were cold and fresh, and the pizza was hot and delicious. We had a great experience! I love this sit down pizza joint. Reminds me of my childhood!

Found a piece of hair stuck in the cheese and the manager didn’t even apologize or nothing all she said was that no one in the back has that type of hair and that she can’t do nothing about it.

Pizza was great, but the service was at a snail's pace. The restaurant also needs some sprucing up. The ceiling is yellow and saggy and the whole place just needs a little updating.
