Wild. I used to work on those same grounds 30 years ago when it was a lumber company.

Went to the Chicken & Beer Festival at Monon 30 and it was the first time in the space. Everything is brightly decorated with lots of outdoor seating and is a nice space for a smaller, ticketed event. The parking is kind of iffy - there's a gravel lot next to it and it could use a little upkeep. I was slightly scared there would be a nail or something that would put a hole in my tire, but everything turned out fine. I didn't know this space was here and am curious what else they might have here so I'd definitely come back to another event.

This is such a cool space- and such a good use of the area by monon trail. We have been there for drinks, food, markets, and live music! We went there for the Oktoberfest last year which was awesome- the live music stage is so cool, and the food their (brats, pretzels, etc) was on theme and very good. We also went for one of their makers markets this spring. There is so much space for vendors, and having them in the indoor area is a cool feature. There are several bars set up around the venue. We love getting the hi-and-mighty (local canned cocktails), as well as the adult spring break (local bottled cocktails). We don't see those around very often, but love supporting local! We have also seen frozen lemonades and other chilled drinks that are perfect for a hot summer day. The space is dog friendly and even has a dog park. And when I say it is RIGHT off the monon trail, I mean it! We love walking there- it is so convenient. There is also space to spark your bikes, and there is actual car parking across the way, though we have never actually driven. I would definitely watch for events in this space, or just show up on a Friday or Saturday.

I enjoyed this location. It is a great place for the entire family. I like the recycling efforts that went into creating this colorful and creative space.

Went with my family (teens and partner) for the Humane Society event. Several adoptable dogs, vendors of knickknacks, a couple of food “trucks”. There is an on-site bar attached to the dog park there. It was fun, but there must have been a larger than expected crowd since the food ran out at the vendors. There was a DJ blasting music, which just seemed to clear the area around the speakers, obviously repelling the older than average crowd of people. I would definitely go back especially if the music was turned down to match the size of the space (I am older than 30) or for a “regular” day.

Great new community space! So excited for the future of this location. Already enjoyed their market event in late April 2023. Look forward to attending more events and eventually utilizing the dog park! ☺

Great venue and they have a bunch of events lined up for the summer. They recently opened up their dog park and have markets/ food trucks typically on Saturday's. Right on the monon, so you can bike or if not, huge parking lot next to it.

Absolutely love the venue! It's in an area that the remodeling. Great place for events. They have live local bands. Have wonderful food and drinks via food trucks. Is family and pet friendly. Also a great date night location. They also have big screens that you can watch the game. Plus they have events both inside and out. Many of the events May have a small cover charge a $5. Sometimes it may be free. Just have to check their site.

Great outdoor venue that we could easily ride to since it's right on the Monon trail. Nice to see the old empty run down hardwood place repurposed and fixed up. We were there for an event that had food and drink booths set up. Even though there was a lot of people we still felt there was a lot of space.

We came to see The Toy Factory! My neighbor met the owner and invited several families to join for the event. The areas location isn't/wasn't a destination spot, so I wasn't sure about attending but very glad we did. It was set up really nice. I could see the Monon 30 changing the area and creating a buzz in the area. It will take a while.Toy Factory Jammed! The opening band had a Widespread Panic feel...really nice job on We Bid You Goodnight! The prices on beers and food wasn't too bad. Needs a little more light and security on the parking lot.
