Tucked a little outside of fountain square, you'll find a nice sushi spot! A friend of mine introduced me to this spot! Food: very yummy! Whether it's a seaweed salad, a soup or sushi! I tried all and was satisfied with the cost $ and the quality of freshness. Service: super sweet and quick Ambiance: cozy and relaxing I would definitely recommend if you're in need of a new sushi spot or in the fountain square area!

We dined in and ordered the chicken karaage and a selection of different sushi rolls, including their specialty Mori roll. The food wasn't great, but not all bad. The service was good and the ambiance too. I've gotten the chicken stir fry rice multiple times for takeout and that's pretty good.

My new favorite downtown sushi spot. A friend introduced me to this place and I'm so glad she did! I can't even remember what rolls I got but they were delicious. The service was great and pretty quick too! It's not that large of a restaurant but there is plenty of seating and they have a few tables out on the patio too. They do have their own parking lot which is convenient. Can't wait to come back sooner rather than later!

Geeez, not sure where to start. This is honestly one of the worst meals I've had in many years. I ordered veggie Ramen, veggie Tempura, veggie Rice, and veggie Spring rolls. The spring rolls were totally fine, still crisp and crunchy despite being delivered. Normally, extended delivery times can cause some items to "sweat" and be soggy upon arrival. But not this time. Good flavor, texture, and the sauce worked very well. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from here. The Ramen didn't have a lot of umami flavor, it was like a pale washed out soup. The soup base had a strangeness to it, it was a bit "off". I couldn't quite figure out why, but it just had nothing going on... I had high hopes for the veggie Tempura, but it wasn't good either. Everything was fried super hard (normally I would enjoy this "extra crispy" texture), but the veggies seemed old and had virtually no flavor. The sauce wasn't right, it was a thick pasty brown sauce, not the more palatable liquid sauce I've had just about everywhere else (USA and Japan). And finally, the rice. How in the world (HTF?) do you destroy rice? As with everything else, it wasn't tasty at all. Lackluster and boring. I added some spices to it to try to bring it to life, but it didn't work. I ate a bit of it and threw the rest away. In all, a disappointing night in the hotel after a long day at a convention. Perhaps their other dishes (sushi, etc.) are fine, but for my veggie-centric palate, I won't be returning next time I'm in town. There are many more options to try in downtown Indy.

Hubby and I were at Metazoa and he went to get sushi. It was so, so good. The crabby roll is the best. Will definitely be back.

Everything was superb! It was crowded but we didn't have a wait on a Saturday night. Appetizers of edamame and sushi were delicious. My kani salad was great. Everyone enjoyed their meals! Fast service!

We tried their ramen noodles. The soups noodles are great. Stir fried noodles are OK.

We were in town for a football game/husband's birthday weekend. My husband really wanted sushi for his birthday dinner and we chose this place because it was close to our hotel. We arrived on a Friday at 8:30pm with 7 in our party and were seated right away. FYI they don't have TVs so if you're interested in watching sports while having a meal, this is not the place to go. We ordered lychee sake (YUM), appetizers of soft shell crab - amazing, edamame, miso soup and takoyaki - were decent. One person in our party is allergic to seafood and ordered chicken with noodles which ended up being meh. The rest of us ordered several sushi rolls and all of them were excellent. That, in addition to excellent service, is why I'm giving them 4 stars. They also brought out a happy birthday dessert of cheesecake to my husband which was very nice. Overall, we were very happy with our meal.

I love the ramen it's so good. Definitely will go again! The service is really nice too, they don't take long at all despite the small amount of employees. Ambiance is well, I enjoy eating here

This is unfortunate, this place was good until the this year. I order delivery to go, it was still $127.00 order. This arrived very fast, this would be great except, everything was shoved into 3 boxes I ordered 6 items, it looked thrown in the container, the sauces and toppings of the sushi rolls were all combined, I bought different rolls for a reason. The rolls didn't look appealing, it had no presentation. They usually did a good job on past orders. The Worst part was I took a bite of my Soft shell crab roll, I will tell you it was ROTTEN. I knew immediately it was not good after the first bite. My husband said his also tasted bad. Wow, nothing like a ruined Birthday. We ordered this for a special occasion, it all tasted cheap. The rotten fish was the worst I could no longer enjoy my sushi. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never give them money again the quality has gone down but prices keep going up. I am not going to return to places that think they can pass off lower quality food at higher prices than ever. This place ruined a birthday celebration with rotten food. I'm sorry it's one thing to have a mistake , or to just not like a roll, it happens. This was just rotten food being served to guest, what happen to quality. I'm no longer going going to keep going to these restaurants and paying extra high prices for lower quality, higher prices, smaller portions, lack of availability on items .. if you put profit over product your customers will not come back.. I have been to this restaurant many times for sit down and delivery if your going to serve shitty food lower your prices. Go to Any other sushi restaurant even 45 degree's ( which cut their menu in half since their remodel.) but it still better, it's not ROTTEN.. this quality of sushi is like Supermarket quality with Fine dining prices. Nah,thanks I will pass.

Wasn't too impressed by the sushi quality. The NIGRI had little to no taste. My friend said "It was like eating nothing." We sent it back and got thicker slices (no rice) and that was oddly slightly better... The service was VERY peppy and friendly. Made up for the sushi. The rolls had lots of sauces on them so it was difficult to say how good the sushi was. I ordered roe and it came on a very awkward cut of a cucumber. Difficult to eat it. We chose it based on the appearance of the interior. The Ambiance seemed pleasant. The start rating seems to be more about their RAMEN selection (which I wish now I tried) rather than the sushi we went for. Oh well. I don't live in the area, so I don't know what the standard for sushi is here.

A bit off the busy downtown beaten path but not too far, sits this nice little spot for sushi. We were greeted with excellent service, a spacious and clean interior and good food. Prices are a bit high for what they give you but it is not too high. The food came out fast and was tasty! I would come back again and think it is worth a try for those who like sushi.

Service is good Fried squid is great Sushi keeps disappointing. Vampire roll was like straight garlic and the Mori roll was...just weird. Sweetheart roll was really Mayo heavy and odd. I'd say not bad, just super hit or miss.

We went to Mori for ramen and it was rather disappointing. I'm still giving it four stars because their sushi is always spot on and the location is perfect for me. I've had their ramen before which made the most recent visit extra sad. The broth wasn't flavorful and everything just felt wrong. Like maybe it was all put together at the last moment? It definitely didn't feel like much thought had gone into it. My friend ordered a different ramen and hers was almost inedible... but we're nice Midwestern women who don't send food back. Anyways, stick to the sushi- it's always delish.
