After several days in Indy we were looking for a small local restaurant for lunch and Moveable FEAST hit the mark. The restaurant also has a lot of takeout options and soup kits to make at home. Our food was good and the restaurant decor was very bohemian and eclectic.

I have eaten lunch at Movable many times, as it is locally owned by a lovely couple, Kathleen and Peter, has great sandwiches, salads, and cookies, and is reasonably priced. I decided to have my retirement party there, which was a great success. They can do any kind of food, along with beer, wine, and soft drinks. Cool atmosphere and easy to get to, between main streets of Binford and Allisonville. Check it out!

This place is a GEM!! The variety of food will please most palates! Kathleen & Peter (owners) are also the chef/cook and front man. Meaning they take special care of their patrons regardless if you’re a first timer or a long time customer. Food is delicious! Ask for the “double love”? Fun & Eclectic atmosphere!! ??
I ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich and it was delicious. They sell by the pound too which makes me super happy!! The dressing is a mayo/greek yogurt and it’s very light! I’m not really a fan of dill, celery or mayo but mix it with chicken and it morphs into my favorite food!! Now that I’ve finally tried after driving by it for a decade, I’ll be a regular! Also I love supporting small local businesses!!
