I tried My Taco Stop for the first time today, getting a carnitas quesadilla. The MEAT is so tender, I like the sauces that came on the side. Overall it was simple and delicious. Planning to come back again soon!

As a bit of an aficionado of Eastside taqueria fare, I can't believe I didn't drop a review here sooner. I've been going once a month or so since it opened (should probably go more tbh), and if I had to pick a favorite place for tacos and burritos, I'm pretty sure it's My Taco Stop.

It might not be what you'd expect from an old school bus parked at an abandoned Christian bookstore in a neighborhood that's been struggling for...
