The pizza has been good the last few times we have been here. It is exactly what we look for in a pizza to share. Meatballs as an appetizer were a good choice.

The bar is lacking in the bourbon department.

The atmosphere is good except for the music which is to loud for such a small place.

Service was good. They do not seem to ever have more than a couple wait staff so it can take longer to get help.

It was a busy Saturday night but our table for 6 was immediately ready at 7:00pm per our reservation. Service was excellent, prompt but respectful, allowing us time to choose drinks and our meal. The drinks, salads & pizzas arrived at our table with good spacing and made our meal feel leisurely but not slow. The food was delicious! We had a wonderful time!

We've always enjoyed dinner at Napolese. We had a reservation and were seated accordingly, but weren't greeted by our server for close to 10 minutes. The food was as expected, but not as fresh as the last time we were there.

We had to rush our dinner a little and the staff were so helpful! Delicious salad (house chopped) and pizza and we made our movie on time. Thanks for the great service and meal. Skipped ordering a glass of wine due to the price but the food is very reasonable!

Food was amazing, as always! Service, fabulous as always. Only thing they could improve is that it's always freezing cold in the restaurant.

It’s a sad day for the Hoover dynasty and their Indianapolis restaurant, Napolese. Our family has been big fans of the Hoover brand since its inception of Cafe Patachou in 1989, but ever since selling off to private equity firm, Won’t Stop Hospitality, there’s been a steep decline in food quality. Ordered a $30 meat lovers pizza and was sorely disappointed to arrive back home, open the box and find a few pieces of carelessly strewn meat on an already smallish pizza. Dustin, the manager that night, made things right, but this is neither what I’ve come to expect from an artisanal pizza nor the Hoover brand.

A wonderful place to end an evening of shopping. Great gourmet pizza. Attentive staff and great ambiance. The only drawback is parking. The location is Keystone at the Crossing and parking is very hard to find

My favorite beet salad should have been called garlic salad. The garlic was so overpowering it ruined the salad.

The food is delicious however it was sent back twice because of how burnt it was. Prepare for long waiting periods to receive food as well. It took 45mins the first time around and an additional 30mins to get the food the second time around.

Waiter was OFF. Didn't know anything about the menu. Didn't know what three(only 3) beers were on draft. Had to ask him three times and he never checked. He guessed. I was embarrassed for him. He also forgot to bring items after HE SAID he would bring them. We literally felt like we were in charge. Sad way to celebrate our event. We will go elsewhere from now on. Food was great but we can go anywhere for great food.

We had yo wait to long because they were training a new waiter. Once we got our salad and pizza and hour later they ended up over charging me. Once we left the restaurant we both got sick.

Salad & Pizza were very good! Was unable to talk to the person right in front of me as the sound echos are very very loud from other talking and raising their voices as they can't hear either!

Worth a stop; great service. Pies were tasty. Salad was great...get the dressing on the side.
