Geneva, we are sorry you had such a bad experience with the peach slimMe tea. but as I recall, you did speak with me. One of the owners and I offered you a different flavor to try. I even offered you a refund as well. You told me you only like peach I told you I would be more than happy to create a fresh batch of peach for you and I will send it out to you once we have a fresh batch completed. You told me you were going on vacation and you will let me know once you returned and I can send it out to you. I am still waiting to hear from you that you have returned from vacation so I can send you your fresh batch of peach slimMe, tea. We are more than willing to accommodate you on the fact that you were unhappy with your peach slimMe tea. Contact us at any time and we will be more than happy to either offer you a refund a different flavor or a fresh batch of slimMe tea just like we discussed before.

I received a bad batch of slim me tea (peach ). I called to let them know cause this bag was over $30. They claim ( the owner ) was gonna send me a new batch and I returned the old batch…. never received it nor a refund. I had a couple of people tasted the tea to make sure it was not me, and they all agree it had no flavor no taste. It was just dry leaves. I’ll probably never receive the new bag so I threw the rest away cause I have no idea what this is… lesson learned.

The staff were so friendly, was as if I knew them for years, even tho it was my first time visiting their shop. So many blends of teas & herbs. They had nice accessories & other products.
I'm excited when they do open their tea room at the location, to go & sit & relax and enjoy a cup of their teas.
They were so knowledgeable about teas & herbs. This will be a place I will visit frequently, and make many purchases . I had a berry slushy that was so delicious. I'm so happy to find their location, only 5 minutes away from me.

As someone who loves tea, this place is like Wonka to me. There are so many flavors and herbs to choose from and they have body products like soaps and lotions that I definitely need to try next. The prices are amazing and they even have slushies made with their teas that taste amazing. The owners are super nice and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this place!

We had such an awesome time at nature’s tea company!! We walked in and instantly felt so welcome. Kevin took the time to explain all the wonderful tea he had and how it’s all made and we received a great personalized shopping experience and we will definitely be back for more tea!
