I have never been here lol

Went to the Taylor Swift themed brunch today! Staff was amazing, food was great and vibes were perfect. We had accidentally over purchased on tickets and Onson (I’m sure I’m not spelling that right) came and found us within the venue so that we could sell ours to another Swiftie since we weren’t able to refund. That extra effort was so appreciated!!!

Not sure this place is still in business. We have an event scheduled a month from now, with deposit made, and we can’t get anyone to call us back.

edit: It is still in business. New management is ignoring all previous reservations. Even though we would be paying them the remainder - the deposit( assuming previous management kept the deposit) . So new management doesn’t seem very business savvy. Not to mention shady.

I found this out by submitting a booking request for the same time as our previous reservation. BAM replied back same day saying it was available. We have been emailing the same email address I received communication from.

Very cool place! I love the Poe vibe!

I've tried twice to go here during times that said it was open online, and it was closed. Lights off, no one there. I guess I should have called first, but if a place says it's open online, you assume it's open. I'm a huge Edgar Allan Poe fan, and this is such a cool concept so it's a big letdown it wasn't open. It was a bit of a drive to get here too. If it's shut down, it needs updated on Google.

Attended an event here. Such an awesome atmosphere!

Great spot to hang out. They have big tables you can game at, 2 pool tables, shuffleboard, and a nice 2nd floor rooftop area. Service was excellent and the place was clean and well decorated.

The event I was looking to attend was canceled on very short notice, and I didn't find out until I showed up. How many times will I return? Quoth the raven, "Nevermore."Edit for business' reply: stand up comedy 8pm. Was told it was canceled due to triple booking something for a frat and something to do with the annual FDIC expo.

Bartender was very friendly. Food was clearly reheated but wasn’t all the way. Amazing this place stays open. Too bad COVID didn’t put the sweet kiss of death on this place.

We had lunch here, and the meal was excellent. I stole some fries from another plate, and they are some of the greatest I've ever had. My flatbread margherita is really delicious, with fresh basil lurking beneath the cheese. This area is a mystery experience because of the underpass location and Edgar Allen Poe motif. Even though lunch was less busy today, there was still a lively party vibe with loud music and amiable coworkers. Sends off a nocturnal party feel, for sure.
