Bartender was very friendly. Food was clearly reheated but wasn’t all the way. Amazing this place stays open. Too bad COVID didn’t put the sweet kiss of death on this place.

We had lunch here, and the meal was excellent. I stole some fries from another plate, and they are some of the greatest I've ever had. My flatbread margherita is really delicious, with fresh basil lurking beneath the cheese. This area is a mystery experience because of the underpass location and Edgar Allen Poe motif. Even though lunch was less busy today, there was still a lively party vibe with loud music and amiable coworkers. Sends off a nocturnal party feel, for sure.

Bartender in North area was fantastic. Bartender in South area said to wait by the duck pin bowling computer to get signed up for duck pin bowling. It's been twenty minutes and that dude is just standing outside the bar area with the other bartender. Kinda sucks that the main attraction to this place doesn't seem to have any business having that opportunity open. Bartender helped us get set up though cause there was supposed to be another getting us set up. Not his fault, but they should have more staff for this.

Arrived on a Friday night around 8:10pm and waited in line to pay cover and enter. Immediately after entering the venue the DJ stopped playing and we were told they were setting up for the next set that would start soon. We made our way to the back for the duckpin bowling – one of our party went to get the bowling set up and a few people went to buy drinks. Upon seeing our crowd (8 people) enter the otherwise completely empty backroom, the bartender we were speaking to called security to report that we didn’t have wrist bands. Security came and verified we did in fact have the wrist bands and had paid cover but the whole interaction was quite insulting, if the bartender was concerned why not ask us. Drinks are reasonably priced is the only saving grace and it is really not enough to make up for the overall terrible experience. We paid for 1 hour of bowling on 2 lanes , only the screens didn’t work for us to actually see score/play in teams and we had to ask for them to fix it which took 30 minutes of our set time and no refunds or time extension given. The balls also got stuck multiple times and we had to waste turns to get them back. The DJ/music did not start again until 9:30pm but by this point we had had enough and were just happy to leave. If you want to pay for really underwhelming experience that is coupled with the staff treating you like a criminal instead of a welcome guest then this is the place for you! Otherwise completely avoid – not worth the money or the time.

Owner thinks Hyperloop is better than public transit when the restaurant is literally in a train station. Very dumb

Have been there twice. Both before going to a Colts game. The first time was great. Had good drinks and good light food. I believe I had the wings. The second time was this past Saturday before the Colts game. It was very busy but we managed to snag a seat at the bar. Bartender was very busy, and that understandable, it was packed! She took our drink orders and I asked to see a food menu or asked what they had that could be quick. She told us they weren’t doing food right now, they were too busy….ok, people at tables had food but maybe it’s a bar thing. We are finishing up our drinks and the person next to us at the bar orders nachos and the bar tender put the order in. What happened to “no food?”Kind of a cool place but maybe check another restaurant out if you will want some food.

Edited to 2 stars (from one) after manager response. I appreciate the refund and self awareness that the event didn't go as planned. Even so, there were plenty of things that could have made it better without having additional staff, such as putting up a sign with the rules for the drink tickets. It was very loud and the poor bartenders had to repeat the same thing over and over to every guest, while yelling to be heard, which also made the lines take way longer. Or they could've told us the drink ticket rules when we paid to get in.Original review:We were here for new years. We waited a full hour to redeem drink tickets and never succeeded. Didn't get the promised champagne at midnight. This was actively miserable because they did not have all of their bars open as advertised and almost no bartenders. There were more cops than bartenders. Would not recommend.

I recently went to the NYE party and I just wanted to give my comments on the event. I literally waited 1 hr 10 minutes to get a drink at one of the 3 bars and ended up just leaving. I had to wait past when the ball dropped and didn't even get champagne. The worst part is the 2 bartenders at the giant bar were working their asses off but there just weren't enough bartenders for the 200 people that were there. Also there was no sign or anything for what the drink ticket included so they had to keep explaining it to people. All around a horribly designed event and a waste of my money and night traveling down town. I left as sober as I came and not for lack of trying. (-5 )

It's an odd setup with a TON of space and 6 unique bars, event spaces. Popped in to the back bar and played pool / Jenga , etc. Bartender was the coolest dude ( forgot his name ). Overall it just felt clunky with random speakeasy in the middle of a wide space, then a bar, then an open area with dinner tables. Can't say I understand what it's going for, but hopefully it's being used , because I hate to see the old station empty.

LOVED the Tinseltown pop up!! For $15 which includes one drink and fun trivia games, it's a great spot to gather with friends. The room is smaller so you can only sign up for 2 hour slots which is actually nice since you have space to take pics and hang out. Cocktails/ mocktails were average but experience was so fun!

The vibe of this place is really cool. I am totally into Edger Allen Poe. The decor and artwork is fantastic. I appreciate the attention to detail when they put together the study room. The pool, shuffleboard and duckpin bowling are fire! Ran into some other OG Naptown people after the KISS concert here. Jeff Board, fellow CG alum, helps run this place. He's a very nice and cool guy.Be sure to book this place out for your next corporate event. You WON'T be disappointed. Union Station is the bomb. Quote the raven, Nevermore

Came here on a Saturday around 5. I was interested in food, when we got there I wasn't entirely sure it was open. When I got in, there were a few bartenders on their phone and a few customers near the bar. I wander in and look for somewhere to sit down and eat. After going through a few empty rooms with no staff or tables, and an okay themed lounge area, I encounter another pair of customers who seemed to be lost. After making it through the length of the extremely long business without seeing an employee, I left. I tried giving it a chance after seeing the owner say they were turning a new leaf on some online forums. Seems like the owner bit off too much to manage this much business.

Came here for book club on a week night, staff were extremely accommodating, suggesting a quiet space and turning down the music on request, checking on us. Super cheap fruit juice based mocktails available on request. But more than that, this place is an incredible hidden gem of an event space. Might need a second wedding so we can use it. Wish they had a parking lot!

This place was a disaster. Claimed to be open, made reservation on Google night before, get there and only thing open was the bowling. We said we had a food reservation "ha! We don't do that" then we're told to sit at bar, not asked or anything. Then had 2 very small paper menus tossed on bartop and gentleman walked away. We walked and grabbed the very small 8 item menu and decided this wasn't the place for us. We expected an amazing themed experience and got a completely dark restaurant with all doors locked but one and a cheap bowling alley.** I do see an email from Google stating reservation was declined now, but this was 10/7 so saturday
