Had heard about this place for awhile and finally had time today to give it a try. It definitely has a retro vibe and has a cafeteria vibe with the ordering setup. I had the chili and an order of the onion rings. The chili was tasty and had solid flavor. The onion rings were good but nothing special. Overall worth the stop as the prices weren't terrible and it's been around a long time.
Customer service was great

Nick's is the same wonderful place my dad took me to 50 years ago whenever we worked in the area.
