We visited 3 cat cafes in the area on a weekend getaway. This was my least favorite of the 3 only because it was the most chaotic. I get that there were adoptions going on in the back room- I’m not counting those people in my count of the guests. At one point I counted 22 adults and 5 kids in the room with the kittens and seats were not even available. From what i gathered people were not being asked to leave when their time was up and more people kept entering. There was one gentleman with a laser pointer going the entire time and no staff telling him or anyone else to chill the kittens were chasing it to the point of frustration.He had the kittens over stimulated and frustrated. We left after half hour before our time was up because it wasn’t comfortable- there were way too many people without a staff member in there to supervise. One gentleman gave us rules to not pick up the cats and let us in but he was not in the room except for when he let more people in through the door.

My two friends and I booked an appointment here to come and check out the kittens not too long ago. The atmosphere was nice at first, and the kittens were adorable! Towards the end of our appointment, my friend decided she really liked one of the kittens and wanted to put in an application. While she was trying to put in the application on the computer, my other friend and I walked over to the cafe to get a coffee/sit down. Not too long after, we both overheard the baristas and one of the workers from before talking about her. They were outright judging her for only wanting one of the kittens, while she was on the other side of the room trying to put in an application. For the future, please don't talk about your customers behind their back, or while their group is in earshot. I felt super irritated for my friend who really just connected with a cat and wanted to adopt him. It made the whole business look really unprofessional. Long story short, I won't be coming back.

I am not from the Indy area but each time I have had to come out here I make it a point to stop. I came out last week and brought my GF and we both had a wonderful time. The staff are wonderful and friendly, the kitties are adorable and I love the art work on the walls. If available, grab some of the cat nip they sell at the counter as well. My cats love this stuff.

I absolutely loved the time we spent at this place ! We went for a 30min session and enjoyed every second of it. They’ve got two rooms one for kittens and one for big cats. Aside from the cats we also really enjoyed the drinks and the cookies. I personally got the Chai Vanilla Spiced Latte and i felt like i finished it so fast ? My boyfriend got another latte and he loved his as well. Will definitely be returning ! We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn’t too busy answering it was throwback price. Not bad ! 10/10 recommend ?
