I ordered the BBQ Chicken Mac and my wife ordered MontAmore Parmisain crusted chicken Alfredo. Put 4 very small chunks of chicken in hers. Then in mine barely put any chicken an the chicken that was in mine was rubbery,old,over cooked. Barely any jalapeño crisps and the Mac an cheese was watery. Usually it's way better then this. One of the young ladies gave my wife some extra chicken to help but what stopped me from saying anything was the staff cooking the food in the back was complaining about making food over again.

Get what you pay for. They use the same noodles and tortellini as Fazoli's but they cook them a little better.Honestly the Japan Udon Pan Noodles were horrible. They didn't wok the noodles long enough to give them they're color and flavor.The Garlic Tortellini with Parm Chicken is probably the best thing on their menu. But the garlic sauce they use is really watery. I think it's because the spinach they use isn't drained after they cook it up so you get all this spinach juice in your garlic cream sauce.Their Parm Crusted Chicken is hit or miss most of the time the Chicken is juicy tender and has a nice Parm crust. Nut sometimes you'll get chunky tendon filled Chicken that's not able to be chewed.At the End of the day it's still better than fazoli's around the exact same price.But nothing to write home about

I went in for the first time and it will definitely be the last as well. Congrats on making the worst mac and cheese I've ever had, and that's an understatement. The mac and cheese was literally dry elbow noodles with a sprinkle of cheese on top. Not too mention it was 9 dollars! Absolute dog food. I don't even know how they can call it mac and cheese if it's not. Never coming back!
The wait was quite ridiculous. No one is in the restaurant. I ordered their new chicken parmesan. I think I'm about to just ask for my money back

I've been here a few times with no issue, but I had a very poor experience tonight when I went there with a friend. The cashier was very rude several times and was very unprofessional in the way she communicated with customers. The others were also careless when they mopped the floor by not putting yellow signs up, warning that the floors were wet. It's as if the staff didn't really care what they were doing.
