The food is honestly not great Fazoli’s actually taste better
10 out of 10 I would recommend Fazoli’s before this place just on taste alone
Not to mention, the noodles were undercooked severely and slightly hard For a place that does nothing but noodles they sure don’t know how to do a noodle, right

So I was there eating and the two cooks in the back that work nights made me feel very uncomfortable. Especially the one with the short dreads, he kept whispering to the other coworker and they kept looking at me and laughing. I felt soooo uncomfortable that I left I didn't even finish my food.the workers should not make customers feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning here to eat again

They have online ordering which is very convenient for ordering ahead and just picking up. In my experience, they are usually very timely with online orders

Uber eats order and driver left the food at the wrong address and door. Took me another hour plus to get the food. Food itself was just ok, nothing fancy and nearly everything they make has cheese in it and I am lactose intolerant. Not pleasant.

Went here for my lunch break. First time ever trying it and as soon as I walked in the lady at the register was just starting at me as well as some of the staff in the kitchen area. No greetings or anything. Step up to the front was browsing at the menu still the staff just stood there and stared at me didn’t say anything no hello or nothing. No what can I get you nothing at all. So I start saying my order and the lady at the register starts putting in my order ends up not even listening well because she over charged me and didn’t even get my order right. Still says nothing but ask for help from another worker no apologies issued or anything only put in a refund for the amount I was overcharged. Same lady at the register in the beginning taking my order brought my food out and said “here you go” and placed the food on the counter while with a mug on her face and a slight smirk. Very pitiful for a first time experience they definitely need to do better.
