Overall decent experience. Nothing negative with the experience but nothing really stood out either.
This location does not have the Zoodles, I am unsure if this is just this store or an all stores change.

Very loud for such a decent size restaurant and the food even though it was extremely delicious I wish that that for the price of my entree I would have received a bigger portion. The dessert Rice Krispy was absolutely amazing though in every single aspect. I didn't catch the man's name but he was an older man (possibly late 30's/early 40's/Around the 2 P.M. hour of 02/19/2025) was totally without a doubt one of the best cashiers I have met in a really long time!!! This was only my second time dining at Noodles and Co. And because people like you sir I would be more than delighted to come back. And thanks for the Chopstick Buddy!!! Trust me #IFYKYK 😆 🤣 😂

Calvin provided amazing service! He even offered to remake something because my partner forgot to ask for no seasoning. The food was fast, seasoned, and hot! The restaurant was very clean.

The restaurant was empty. There was one person working and she took my order, made my food and brought it out to me. It was strange no one else was there. She did a great job though.

Aaliyah exhibits a remarkably beautiful spirit. I appreciate you taking the time to listen and acknowledge me, exceeding expectations. The food and goodies were outstanding and brightened my day. Manager, please keep doing ya thing! this high standard & quality unmatched! Living in Noblesville, I've frequented this store for six years over others, drawn by its consistent cleanliness and excellent food quality. I used to love this location. The last few times I have ordered here, noodles were overcooked, cold, and sauces were dried up or barely in the noodles, lacking flavor.
Ordered extra protein and barely any chicken, and the veggies were a joke. Tried to call the store and no on answered or was hung up on.
Have dined in, to go, delivered and pickup.

I stopped by to get rice crispy treats Sunday 8-25-24. There was only one person working ALL alone. She had at least 15 orders receipts lined up, was cooking, packing orders and providing customer service to walk in customers. She was a manager and I’m sorry I missed her name but she handled this with such grace and professionalism. She was so well organized! Even with people being rude about the situation she just kept going, and apologized to those people who quite frankly could see her working her butt off and didn’t deserve an apology. Unfortunately this is happening to managers everywhere now days. But I want to give her all the respect and thanks I can! The fact she not once appeared frustrated and was so thankful and appreciated those of us that understood and were patient with her was heartwarming! And she did all this with a huge smile on her face! When I suggested she turn off her online orders so she could catch a brake she just smiled and said, “I just want to make sure people get what they want so I don’t mind working hard to make it happen”…. WOW… I myself am a manager and trainer as well and I wish we could find employees like her!!! She definitely deserves some recognition for her hard work and dedication to her customers!

I placed an online order for pickup at noon on a Sunday and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food.

There was only one person working, and while she was doing her best, this is unacceptable staffing for a lunch rush. They should have closed or refused online orders if this was the case.

On top of that, there was vomit in one of the bathroom sinks and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. The soda machine was also out of ice.

Went to the store today 8/25/2024. Great experience! The woman was working herself!!! She was amazing! Cooking, taking orders, cleaning! The GM and district manager should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this woman to work herself!! Shame on you BOTH! Get your butts here and help your employee!
