It was the first time I chose Noodles and they failed me, I ordered Pad Thai but they confused my food with that of another customer, unfortunately I realized when I had already arrived at my destination to enjoy my food and or disappointment.

$13 for a bowl of dry, bland overpriced noodles. They barely give you any sauce or meat and its extremely bland. You can go elsewhere and get an entire meal that taste much better.

I've always been a fan of Noodles and Company, especially the concept of having many different cuisines all at one location. Prices have gone up recently, making the value a bit questionable, but the food is still good. It does seem like the portions have gotten smaller recently as well. The Japanese pan noodles are my favorite option, and one of the cheaper items on the menu. Service here was decently friendly, and the location is clean and spacious on the inside.

I ordered penne rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken. My order was over $20 and they didn’t put the chicken in my bowl. Now I’m all the way on the other side of town. Definitely cheated.

No one in restaurant but us. Did not get rewards because the staff did not ask, and when I said I was, she said it was too late. Waited for our food, and when we received it, it was room temperature at best.
