Great loaded teas but man every time I walk in the staff is always unfriendly and seems annoyed to be having to deal with people. No hospitality that I’ve come to expect from these tea shops

I have only been here once and my wife and I had a shake. It was delicious. The employees where nice and the atmosphere was great, even though we took it to go.
Ordered a protein shake and it was made to order and the employees were very nice. They served it with a smile too! Like the amount of choices available. Great options!
THE BEST PLACE EVER!!! Nutrition hub is an absolute treat! I get the caffeinated teas.(fruit roll up is one of my favorites🙌🏻) when you need a pick me up whether that be caffeine, açaí bowls, a good snack, a full meal, or just for the atmosphere this is the place to be! I have always been impressed with the service, speedy even when it’s busy, the workers are always friendly and the store is clean! Definitely a 10/10 recommendation to anyone🙌🏻
First time visiting, not warm and welcoming like many other nutrition shops I visited as I travel all around the states for work. I asked for a acai bowl with no granola and granola was still added. I didn’t make a big stink about it but the girl obviously didn’t listen to my request. I spent over $20.00 for a drink and bowel and no thank you for my business. The girls didn’t look happy to be there and I am hugeeee on energy. There are many other options in Indy and I won’t be coming back to this one as an option I like to do business that appreciate my support. 💕
As much as I want to love açaí bowls, I can’t. But if you’re an açaí lover, I can see this place being a good option. The store was clean, the staff was helpful, and the setup was cute. While I have no plans to stop by again (all they have are açaí bowls, no other smoothie bowl options), it is still a place I would recommend to my friends and family.

The employees have always been nice in their interactions but talk about costumers behind their back after they leave the store. They talk poorly about other customers to each other while there are still customers in the store. I really enjoy everything on the menu but I am hesitant to return because I don’t want to support a business where the employees act like this and I am worried they will talk about me like this after I leave… I was in the store when the customers they later talked poorly about were there and they really didn’t act bad at all… The comments made by the employees after they left the store were very uncalled for. Probably won’t be coming back although I really did enjoy their stuff.

I was greeted so politely as soon as I walked in. I wanted the açaí bowl and was given a sample of the açaí before I ordered it (which most places don’t let you do). My bowl was made fresh & fast and it was delicious. The place was clean and they used gloves (trust me this is a big deal for me). I will be back and pray I have the same wonderful experience.

Sadly, very negative towards students. It was her first time inside, She saw friends and talked to them. Then sat down to study for a few mins before I picked her up. An associate was rude to her and told her that she had to leave. I understand "policies", but there is a way to gently and kindly communicate. Clearly, customer CARE and gentleness is NOT part of their company culture or training.

The energy teas here are made so so well (never watery). I think they throw magic in the recipe ? I recommend adding collagen + bubbles. The Hub’s prices are also the most affordable I’ve seen in the area!
