Upon arrival and after getting seated, we had a great appetizer. Alcohol for the drink specials was unavailable and there was no substitute. The waitress was questionable. The drinks watered down, the food wasn't as described and to make matters worse, there were mistakes on our food order. We didn't have napkins or eating utensils. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Look, it's a chain restaurant. But me and my folks rolled up to celebrate my Puerto Rican mother's birthday, and these folks were nothing but amazingly prompt, nice, helpful, and understanding of our crazy Colored People ways.

Had a wonderful dinner with friends i had the sampler platter which i couldn't even eat all of it...it was truly reasonable for $11.99 and i enjoy the atmosphere

Typical, casual, American dining for the most part. I recommend this place for families with kids, because there are plenty of booths to "lock the little ones in" if need be. The the staff is kind and respectful too. They also offer freebies for children. I feel great not having to pay for a full kid's meal when half the plate ends up on the floor and it allows me to tip the servers better.

It was actually pretty good. Have not been going there too much because service was soooooo bad. But... the server was good except she forgot the side thing I asked for but brought me a new one as I was leaving. Salmon was great.. just a tidbit over cooked in spots but good. Thank you

Awesome place to go. Customer service was great, servers really care about their customers. Management interacted with customers consistently and was very pleasant. He came to our table and asked about the service, the food, and if we were satisfied. Yes, the food was excellent and appealing. Great place for friends and family to meet and eat great food! We ordered several different entrees and desserts! We will return!

The atmosphere was warm & pleasant. The food was excellent & we did not have to wait long for our food. The waitress was very pleasant also.
Very thirsty, my urine was yellow before coming here. Waited 57 minutes for a refill. Very dehydrated, my pee is becoming solid. Happy about free pie tho.

Staff was horrible. Order was wrong. Once the food arrived it wasn't terrible but I won't go back. We waited over an hour. At least they had good rolls. Except I can't eat their delicious rolls on my low card diet 😒

The waiter was terrible. The manager had to be called to our table to advise on the waiter's I'll service. It wasn't until them that the waiter realized how a customer should be treated and serviced. The food was good though. I won't sit in that waiter's section again (if they are still there).

I do not recommend going here. I was treated very rudely by Charles waiter/bartender and the manager did nothing after I reported it to him. Unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen while paying your hard earned money don't go!
