Oishi Sushi and Ramen

The food was wonderful. It's beautiful on the inside. There were attentive!!!

Food quality was good, but I will not walk in again due to service, I eat only certain fish, like salmon and tuna, I asked to get some combination options from the chef that refused to offer me only salmon and Tuna, I was willing to pay more but they didn't want to offer me any combination options unless I order bunch of single sushi's that contain Tuna and or salmon, either they didn't like the fact that I keep kosher or they had too much business that day? I had 1 out of 4 tabels that moment, and they weren't busy at all. Anyhow, there are enough other places in Indy to eat sushi, including across the street.

Wonderful chicken gyoza appetizer here! Excellent service, and there was no wait at all for us around 3 PM on a Saturday.

We went to Oishi for my birthday because I couldn't decide between sushi or ramen, so I wanted both! It was our first visit and all of us really enjoyed. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen, but with tofu instead of pork belly, as well as a summer roll. It was the perfect combo! The ramen was savory and filling, while the sushi was nice and refreshing. My husband got a few sushis/ngiris, and my brother and SIL enjoyed their selections too. I had enough ramen to take home and it reheated well. Service was quick and friendly, and it wasn't busy on the night we visited. The ambiance was nice as well: clean, open, and cozy at the same time with the low light.

Oishi lives up to it's name...it's very Oishi (tasty or delicious). We love this place so very much! 💖🍜💖🍣💖

Great place for sushi and ramen! We particularly like that they offer gluten free noodles and the vegetarian sushi is not just the basic avocado roll.

Ive yet to have a bad dining experience here! The sushi is the best on Mass Ave and one of the best in Indy! Don’t go to The Garage… go to Oishi!

2/3 items I ordered for delivery were wrong. My receipt listed all the correct items but they were not the items inside.

I am currently sitting in this establishment and had to vocalize my feelings for it. I'm traveling from out of state and passed this restaurant and made plans to have dinner before leaving. I got the spicy tako wrap and the spicy tonkstsu pork ramen. BOTH WERE AMAZING. The ramen specifically, I am very satisfied. My bowl came with three slices of pork belly, and I had both halves of my egg. This is not usual for most ramen shops, it was well worth my money. And the atmosphere was warm and intimate and romantic. Great time, sad I don't live here

The sushi was very good. The gyoza and fried calamari was as well. The atmosphere is nice minus the music. The music was loud and did not fit the ambience. They also only had one waitress and the other person working only wiped the tables so we had to wait a long time to pay which was a bit frustrating as the other worker was just standing in the corner doing nothing while the one lady served the whole dining room.
