Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We waited about 40 minutes for our food. Was told that a large to-go order held things up, but other servers were serving food to their customers. Not sure if server was new (hadn't seen him there before) but his service needs to be improved. No refills, no mints. We waited several minutes before seeing our server. He only had one other table when we arrived. Not sure what he was doing but he definitely wasn't making good use of his time

Really stupid how they close at 10 but doesn't let you order at 9:15 online? You might as well close earlier, and stop saying you close at 10. Orders should be taken up until close, I know the restaurant industry and this is false advertising.

We hired Olive Garden catered dinner for 40 people. They arrived on time, food was hot, and to our amazement they even helped us set up the Sterno heaters and place all the food for us. What fantastic service! I would highly recommend them for any catering needs you have.

Never seat a customer next to the kitchen or the restrooms unless there is no other seat available.
When the customer is the 2nd one of the day, the entire restaurant is available.
Replace broken down bench seats.
Hire employees that don’t reek of overfull ashtrays.
Replace torn menus.
Clean dirty menus.
If you can’t accomplish these simple tasks, I can’t imagine what goes on in the kitchen.

Don’t even with bother curbside or delivery. They put you by the wayside because they know the company has no way to compensate you or make amends for their bad service. They care about tips. But only partially. Because the in-house service is also atrocious. “We don’t aim to provide you this kind of service”, says the owner in reply to negative reviews.. A drunk driver also doesn’t aim to slam into a tree at 70 mph. A 7th wonder how this branch has stayed in business.

Brittany was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was on top of things and just made our dining experience 10 times better. Olive Garden should be grateful for having an employee like Brittany!

Everything was great, our server was fabulous. 4 stars due to portion size. I'm an avid eater lol of their Chicken and Shrimp carbonara, which is a huge plate. This restaurant served a considerably smaller portion. It was yummy though!

We went to eat a delicious salad which we love but... since we arrived the doors of the restaurant were like they had not been cleaned in years, the windows were very dirty and clothy, the bathrooms were dirty and the hallway smelled ugly like a drain. Apart from that, the waitress was rude and kind of "racist" because she treated the table next to us very well and she didn't 😔 in short, it's my feeling that, for such a good restaurant, Olive Garden is the one in Washington

The server seemed to be a little rushed and even tho order was only $40.00 she was tipped 20 because my mother and I are also servers and we know it can be rough at times and my mom was trying to help lift her spirits some. She just said thanks and walked away... Uh.... That was a 50% tip. We would have been extremely happy over that. Lol at least followed it up with a thanks so much. I hope you have a great night please come again... Something... She was a young girl and I guess wasn't quite in need as most.. I just feel most servers are underappreciated and underpaid and when customers notice this and you try to help out it would be great if they showed a little bit of appreciation.. play struggle to make it to my mother and I even split a plate and my son got a kid's meal.. so it's not like we are well off or anything.. It was a special occasion..
Most people ik tip 10-18% at highest. unless they r regular customers..
Also in the ladies room there was not just 1 but 2 order slips from a waitress... That seems a bit shady if u ask me .. 😕 Also the table had left over food stuck to the table🤦
Not very sanitary..
I guess we will be driving the 30 minutes away to go to the one in Greenwood from now on ..

Chy was an amazing server, the service was more than amazing, she was wonderful and had amazing energy, I hope she loves her tips and lives amazingly for the rest of her days! Give her a raise
