Met my cousin there who lives in Virginia. Who was up for the holiday!!! We had great conversation and a great atmosphere. Our server was Awesome for being her first time serving!!!😊 Can't remember her name.

It's an Olive Garden restaurant So everything is pretty standard but our bartender was amazing. Very personable and attentive. I wish I could remember her name (lunch 11.19).

When I go to a restaurant I like good service I understand places get busy but to check on your people would be nice my food was cold I had to wait 20 minutes for some steak sauce then my husband had to wait 30 minutes for his drink I never received my drink except for the one no we didn't get a second refill then we were sad to start off with at a dirty table that me and my husband had to clean off to sit down including the chairs were dirty I will not go back again

We waited about 40 minutes for our food. Was told that a large to-go order held things up, but other servers were serving food to their customers. Not sure if server was new (hadn't seen him there before) but his service needs to be improved. No refills, no mints. We waited several minutes before seeing our server. He only had one other table when we arrived. Not sure what he was doing but he definitely wasn't making good use of his time

Really stupid how they close at 10 but doesn't let you order at 9:15 online? You might as well close earlier, and stop saying you close at 10. Orders should be taken up until close, I know the restaurant industry and this is false advertising.

We hired Olive Garden catered dinner for 40 people. They arrived on time, food was hot, and to our amazement they even helped us set up the Sterno heaters and place all the food for us. What fantastic service! I would highly recommend them for any catering needs you have.

Never seat a customer next to the kitchen or the restrooms unless there is no other seat available.
When the customer is the 2nd one of the day, the entire restaurant is available.
Replace broken down bench seats.
Hire employees that don’t reek of overfull ashtrays.
Replace torn menus.
Clean dirty menus.
If you can’t accomplish these simple tasks, I can’t imagine what goes on in the kitchen.
