Our waitress was lovely. Just as sweet as can be. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was nice. We were celebrating a birthday. She got her free slice of pie and a hug.

Standard OG. It had a security detail! The facility was clean, and our wait was reasonable. It was packed. Our server was solid. Great job. No issues otherwise. Prices continue to rise, and even with 2 kids' meals (and no alcohol), we were around 85 bucks. The restrooms were clean. I'd come back to this one.
Dietary restrictions: Some limited GF options. Not celiac friendly but you can roll the dice.
Kid-friendliness: Yep

My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.

It wasn't our first choice for the evening. We had worked a lot that week and wasn't planning on celebrating our Valentine's day until the following day. But decided to go out later in the evening. After traveling over most of the town to find a place we settled on Olive Garden because the wait was very short (about 5 to 10 mins) and we're both fans of the restaurant. I'm hoping that the food was just a one off from what we're used to because of the busy day I'm sure they had. But it wasn't well seasoned very bland and we didn't even take to go boxes for our remaining food. But what really didn't go well was our service. We ordered an appetizer first because we were hungry and well it never arrived and we had to have our server take it off the bill because it literally never came but the charge was there. I'm sure she was exhausted but that frame of mind changed when a gentleman sat at the bar and she spent more time speaking with him and attending to him than the 4 tables in our vicinity that she had combined. So this was either her crush or her boyfriend and it was at least nice to see she was capable of attending to one individual as I saw empty drinks and patrons waiting for boxes so they could leave in our little corner. I would've left but I was still waiting for that appetizer to be removed from our bill. The thought crossed my mind to just make that her tip and leave but no I wanted the ziti fritta off of my bill. The only reason I give the 2 stars I did and not a 1 star across the board is because of my many positive experiences with Olive garden. But in good conscience I can't give anything above the 2 stars I did.

17th memorial dinner for my wife's sister, and it went off without a hitch. The manager, Nicole, set us up in a private corner for 16 people, and everything was perfect.

This experience was not good, I cannot rate the food because I never received it. Service was not good but I do not blame my waiter he was very nice but he was set up for failure, they gave him our large group and he has only been there a week. Spoke to manager and they had to get rid of all of most of our bills. The tables that ordered last received their food we ordered first and never received ours. Suprising my sister was great the rest was a failure. They can't handle large groups.

The food was fantastic, the service was quick and attentive, and the overall environment was pleasant. The server and manager were constantly attentive, providing refills and checking that our food was good. Our party ordered mostly soup and salad, and still the waitress was impeccable. The music over the speakers were gentle but atmospheric. Even though they were busy, they helped us as quick as if they had no other customers. Highly recommend.
