The hamburger was ok but I had to eat it with knife and fork bc it fell apart right away. The veggies were way overcooked and mushy. The dessert (cream cheese pie) was frozen/defrosting. The greeter was not friendly and told us she only had one table left despite the fact there was not a huge crowd and there were quite a few empty tables. We were not late for dinner either. I had not been to this Outback for several years and I was disappointed in the evening. It used to be a cool place to go on the Eastside. The waiter was fabulous.

Our server was aerial she made our visit amazing. Thr food wasn't that good lobster tail was like rubber and steak was killed but our server never stopped she was awesome. We had a bet at the table to see how long the dishes would sit on the bar the guy behind the bar with a Mohawk was so damn lazy and all the young people that work there were also I seen 3 people actually working. This Eastside location needs a manager

I ordered the famous chicken wings and they were dry with feathers on them .I must have offended the take out waiter because when you offend them they do stuff to your food The last time we were there the waiter got offended cause my brother told the male waiter he liked female waitresses and he brought out an unusually small chicken sandwich that was burned .We laughed and the staff also laughed as if it were a joke.We were refunded our money.So becareful and don’t make them mad

The hostess was rude, the server wasn't horrible, some of the orders were wrong, way under or way over cooked steaks and seafood, chicken that was cooked in old oil, damn near black, overall the food experience was god awful, dirty silverware, and we hada steak that looked like it had a worm like creature in it. $200 down the drain after the tip, again wasn't really the servers fault, but the kitchen staff needd to do better. Decided to just take the L and just leave, wasn't worth the argument with management, they gotta know they doing really bad.

Service was horrible. Shrimp and steak both over cooked. Heard other people complaining about the server as well. Emily was absolutely terrible and probably one of the worst servers I have ever had. Emily never even returned to asked how our food was. I had to ask another server for A1. After about 25 minutes, no A1 and server continued to walk by us 6 more times without even looking at us. Manager was kind, but I will never return to this location again.

I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but left a lot to be desired. Our server only took our drink and app order, food order, gave us the check, and cashed us out. Our app was lukewarm. It took 10-20 min to get everything, and our server didn't even bring us anything. Someone else brought us our drink (even refills), apps and food. I am very disappointed in how this meal turned out for me and my family today. We waited for too long for such and empty place. There was only 3 other tables when we arrived. We waited for 5 min to get sat, then we're surrounded by dirty dishes because no one was cleaning up the tables of other guests who had already left.

Walked in sat at the bar. The bartender working saw us and gave a snide face. She continued to help out was obviously her friends that came in. We sat for 15 minutes unhelped until we got up and left. Your service needs attention! Went to another restaurant and was addressed in 2 minutes and was eating within 20 min. Maybe management problems? Read reviews and Outback's reply is the same to all. No opoligies or compensation! Recommend another establishment!!!!

Went there with a large group after cheer competition. Our waitress was great but the food was disgusting. I only took a couple bites and left the rest. Even the baked potato was pathetic. The veggies were not cooked completely. The fries were awful. My prime rib sandwich was atrocious. Steaks were leather. Somehow they were out of the 8oz and pasta (not sure how that works since kids ordered Mac n cheese ) Not to mention the kids couldn’t even get the Mac n cheese at the same time as all of our food and we had to remind them to even bring it. The bathrooms were nasty. No toilet paper, they stink like no one ever cleaned them. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never go to outback again. 0 out of 10 would never recommend.
Went with my mom and grandma and was helped out by Johnny. We had a nice lunch!

It's always a little cold in Outback. However, the drinks are good and the food, well, if you make any special recommendations on a meal, you might have to follow up with the server to make sure the cook prepares what you want, like no mushrooms or sautéed onions on a steak.

Johnny was our waitress this evening, and even though he had a large table that was there before us, he communicated great and made us feel welcomed. Our beverages and warm savory bread came out almost immediately. Dining room was cozily lit and booth with hubby was very comfortable. The food was EXCELLENT, would definitely recommend! 5-Star experience 🏆

Huge Disappointment! The service was horrible. To start with, there wasn't a hostess when we walked in & had to wait at least 5 minutes before someone finally came to seat us. It took another 5 minutes for the server to bring us menus. We didn't get silverware and had to wait again before I could eat my salad. None of the steaks were cooked as we ordered. The well done steak was medium well and the medium well steaks were more like medium to medium rare. I asked for water from the server who brought us our drinks but, didn't get one. Asked our server for water and she forgot, had to ask again. We had to wait, again, for the server to come around to ask for steak sauce (which was just a tiny cup with the sauce half full). Had to wait too long for the check and even longer to get my card back. The restaurant was NOT busy. Spent $95 for three people and it definitely was not worth the money. I expected a lot more from Outback and am utterly disappointed!
