I have almost 40 years of dining-out experience and I have never had worse customer service.
I placed an order through Uber Eats for a steak with a side salad. When the order arrived, the salads were missing. I called the restaurant to ask what could be done. Patrick, the manager on duty, blamed Uber while also explicitly admitting they had run out of salad dressing and chose not to include the salads in the order.
Even though he admitted fault, he repeatedly told me I had to file a complaint through Uber and offered no help or alternative. I was put on hold multiple times; during one of those long holds (around 15 minutes), my dog got to my steak, which made a bad situation even worse.
By the end of the call I still had no food, no resolution, and only the manager's name. I will be escalating this experience to another manager or the GM.
This was a hugely disappointing experience, and I hope Outback addresses both the decision not to include part of a paid order and the way the situation was handled when I called.

My 6 oz sirloin was ordered medium rare, the bottom of my sirlion was so over done, so much grizzle in my steak the steak knife would not cut it. I always enjoyed Outback but this experience was horrible!

Came here with the family and my steak was way too salty. They need to scrape the flattop more so their steaks don’t taste like burnt salt. My daughter’s steak was ordered MW, it was dry, and super well done. I can see why they are doing out of business

I ordered the Prime Rib (Outback Style rather than Slow roasted), Rare. The flavor was excellent as usual and perfectly cooked. I’ve found if slow roasted, it’s har stop get it rare. Mashed potatoes and broccoli were also good.
The server was attentive and efficient and never let my water glass run low. Great dinner all the way around.
