Told waitress light on seasoning of steaks. Steaks came to us with no seasoning. If we complain, wait 20 more minutes to eat. Not a pleasant experience for $50. Fast food restaurant would have been a better choice.

Horrible place to order and try to pick up.
Waited well past the web site telling me my food was ready.
Got no text message with link,saying I'm here defeated the purpose of curb side pick up will definitely no recommend no clue what food taste like thinking about taco bell would have been better.....

Food was good. Everything was high quality. Service was good though it took longer than expected. The problem with this place is the atmosphere. We got there just after opening. The front door was covered in finger prints. The glass was dirty and smeared up. There was dust in the entry way. There were food crumbs in the menu and one of my plates was not washed as well as it should be. The place has no noticeable decor theme and it was pretty dead in there. Just a few customers. I don't know how the manager walks in every day and doesn't notice the condition of the door and the glass. These are simple things that can be done and it's the first thing a customer sees.

I work in retail and specialize in customer service. I was a little hesitant to go in to outback, because the last few times a year ago we had been in, the experience was not so good. We tried it again February 15 at 2 o’clock. We were seated quickly, service was on point, as we sat in a booth in the bar. The meal and appetizers all flowed perfectly. There was plenty of staffing, and every one of them moving quickly, smiling and gracious. The bartender even overheard me say to my wife that it was her birthday, and they brought out a piece of cheesecake with a candle in it for her at the end of our meal. We did not ask for it. Just a really nice touch. All in all, great job, Outback.. your team deserves kudos

I'll start with the positive. The lady doing curbside orders was very nice and polite. Sadly that is about all I can say. I did a curbside order, got to a parking spot, never got a link to check in, so I was sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting on my food. Finally after the 30 minutes, the poor lady who was doing her best taking all the orders to customers asked my name and when I told my name to her, she looked shocked and realized I had been waiting for awhile. She was very apologetic but his was not her fault. I never got a link to check in and she had tons of other orders to tend to so how was she supposed to know I was here. She brought me my food, apologized again which again not her fault and was super nice about it. But because my food sat there forever, it was cold and just not enjoyable. Not sure where the flaw was in the system but something must be messed up since I never got a link to check in. I only ever got an email about my order being received. For paying $75 this was just extremely disappointing
