Food was good. Everything was high quality. Service was good though it took longer than expected. The problem with this place is the atmosphere. We got there just after opening. The front door was covered in finger prints. The glass was dirty and smeared up. There was dust in the entry way. There were food crumbs in the menu and one of my plates was not washed as well as it should be. The place has no noticeable decor theme and it was pretty dead in there. Just a few customers....

I work in retail and specialize in customer service. I was a little hesitant to go in to outback, because the last few times a year ago we had been in, the experience was not so good. We tried it again February 15 at 2 o’clock. We were seated quickly, service was on point, as we sat in a booth in the bar. The meal and appetizers all flowed perfectly. There was plenty of staffing, and every one of them moving quickly, smiling and gracious. The bartender even overheard me say...

Went the other night and it was a successful dinner as usual from here, my husband loves their bone in pork chop and I’m a big fan of their chicken and steaks! The sides all have a good flavor and the kids menu is perfect if you have little ones. The servers are always spot on and the food came out in a timely manner even though the restaurant was full.
