Got seated quick
Nice server but she forgot a lot of things(refilling drinks, plates for bread, extra plate for sharing). She also spilled water on the table by my dad while trying to pour his water-she cleaned it up though.
My mom’s burger was not medium well, it was medium rare.
My fiancés pasta was plainer than he’d like.
Atmosphere was decent
The chicken in the pasta was good🙂

Legit the worst this food has ever tasted. I’m not sure what’s going on with this restaurant but it’s been going downhill for some months now. I ordered a steak, rice and broccoli. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was dark pink and extremely tough, how does one achieve a tough yet undercooked steak? The rice was horrible, no seasoning and just a flavorless meal all around but I had hope for the rice only to be told they changed how they cooke the rice (bad idea btw) it’s literally just plain rice with no taste. And for the broccoli, it was raw and hard and the stems were extremely long. Honestly if you’re looking to eat at this place, just go somewhere else, you’ll be disappointed and scammed out of your money!

I went out to dinner around 9pm and hardly anyone was there . After being seated it took 10 minutes for our server to come and roughly 20-25 minutes for our food to come out. Our server was also the bartender which I found odd and assume that’s why it took so long to be served . Our portion size looked like we ordered from the kids menu and definitely didn’t equate to the $40 spent for the food. The service , portion size , and quantity of the food was ridiculous and we left still being hungry .

I ordered this perfectly grilled salmon dinner and I went and picked it up. That the service was a little slow because I had curbside pick up which I ended up going in because I guess there wasn’t too many people working but the lady who helped me was really nice. She rang my food. Use my gift card and I was on my way. I always have to ask for the remaulade sauce That comes with the salmon, which I never forget to put with the order. I only home the food was prepared and the way I asked to be prepared and the items were correct

On 10/19/25, at 3:23 PM, I placed a to go order, with Outback. My order was totally made wrong, after I got home. I immediately called Outback, and spoke with a manager named Wade.
He stated that they can remake the order,
I told him that I was at home. And I wasn't going to drive 7 miles, back there.. So, he said that they could remake the order and that I could pick it up the next following day.I called Outback the following day on the 10/20/25 to placed My pickup order, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes
After getting there, another manager name Caleb, the manager that took my order and messed it up, he then proceed to tell me (3) different lies.(1) that he had talked to the other manager name Wade was told not to remake my order over, (2nd) Lie that I needed my receipt. So I went home and got it
Came back there.
For him to tell me that he's not going to refund my money.(3) lie is that he never said that he would give me my refund, if I brought this receipt back up there. After, I went home and got my Receipt, and came back, But, yet, he remember I wasn't supposed to bring receipt, back up there until the next day..
The managers Wade and Caleb both are nothing more than liars and bad.
