This dining experience ended up working out pretty well. The time was approximately 1pm and it was not crowded at all at this location. The server was great and the food was piping hot. The kookaburra wings were the bee's knees for me, the mild version. They were juicy and not dried with plenty of seasoning. The bread is delicious and the butter simply melted on the loaf of whole grains. The chicken dish served with broccoli made the meal a healthy choice for this outing.

I celebrated my birthday on Saturday 17 with family. We had an amazing server named Mark. Our food was hot and super yummy. Mark checked on our table frequently. We did use call ahead for 7pp but still had to wait when we arrived and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant at that time. Otherwise everything was great! Thanks Mark for making my birthday even more amazing.

I placed a mobile order and waited for about 10 mins after checking in online. Nobody brought anything outside for me so I went inside and right there on the shelf was my order! It clearly stated on the signs that they’re supposed to come out to hand you your order. Terrible service and lazy staff. Steak was also cold and the Brussels sprouts were put on their side in the bag causing everything to get soaked!

My wife and I at here for our 30th Anniversary. Service was amazing, our server's name was Angel,by far the best waitress we ever had. What made it even more impressive was she probably had like ten tables maybe more, all in which were just as greatly taken care of. We have come to this Outback many times and always love their food, but for our future visits we will be requesting this specific waitress.We had a fantastic 30th Anniversary dinner experience, thank you Carmel Outback and staff.

Service was fantastic. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. Soup was great. Steak was really good, but a little on the small side for something that was supposed to be 16oz. Baked potato had way way too much salt and did not taste good. Ranch dressing on salad was spicy? Sort of distasteful.

My husband and I visited this location Thursday, January 4th (2024). We were immediately greeted, welcomely, by a young blonde lady who directed us to the bar. Let me just say: I am so glad she did! The bartender Anthony, immediately greeted us and made us feel very much like regular customers! He had several other guests at the bar, whom also seemed to be very much comfortable and at home with the way he interacted with them! Not only was our meal phenomenal, but Anthony was the perfect display of hospitality (something that my husband and I find very rare these days)! We will most certainly be back to experience another great meal and superb service!
