Tried food truck during All-Star weekend and unfortunately was not impressed. Ordered steak quesadilla thinking it be filled with steak and cheese flowing out however, it was barely stuffed with steak or cheese. Pico de gallo and sour cream were fresh though and definitely need it for the dry quesadilla.

The Tacos Tapatíos were very good and I do recommend for a quick bite, but the meat did not taste like authentic birria. The food is decent here, but it is very much catered to those who do not eat Mexican food regularly. The salsas were ok - not any spice at all. The hygiene practices in this restaurant are questionable. They do not have any serving cups at all for the salsas and the salsas are just out in the open. The restaurant also does not offer any ice for their beverages so make sure to consider that before ordering any fountain beverages.
Worst experience I’ve ever had the entire staff was rude and acted like they were inconvenienced by asking questions about the menu. Then gave me 2 cups with ice and i asked where the drinks were all the girl would do is point to a counter with 3 drink dispensers on the counter. I filled one drink then went to fill the other cup and the entire dispenser fell apart and spilled the entire contents all over me and the floor. Not one person asked if i needed anything to clean myself off or anything so i said something to them and the employee said this is your fault and i have to clean it up. Not sure how it’s my fault that the dispenser wouldn’t shut off but i asked for a full refund for how rude they were being because my wife and i didn’t want to eat there if they were going to treat us that way. They said they don’t offer refunds. I left without any food that i paid $50 for and soaked

Came in looked at the menu walked up to order. There was a girl standing there opening brown paper bags at the register. She didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I stood there for a moment expecting them to take my order but they acted like I wasn't even there. So I left with out getting anything to eat. horrible customer service.

Cost-effective and fast for good food.We split a super burrito ? between two people. It's a foot-long burrito and you get to choose the protein. It's massive... and delicious! Plus, at $18, it's $9 a person for a burrito.Also, I usually don't like flour tortillas, but the ones here were tasty because they grilled them so they had flavor (vs. Chipotle)The interior at this point is quite empty and sterile, but it's a new opening so maybe they'll decorate the place more.
