Delicious! My partner and I always order from them and it hits every time. One of my go to foods to order when I have the “munchies”. Their birria tacos are mouthwatering, but my favorites are the carne asada and chicken!

In town for work trip so naturally I wanted to try a local food truck or two and this is one I drove past every day, and at the stoplight, I could smell the food! Smelled amazing! And it tasted as amazing as it smelled! I got an Asada Burrito and an Asada Taco, both had great flavor and the Habanero hot sauce the guy recommended.. ?? wow! Had heat but you don't lose the flavor! Very satisfied and I'll be coming back at least a couple times before I head back home! Thanks...

We hired Paco's Taqueria food truck for an event at our office and it was amazing! The food was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The staff was professional. Will hire again!
