Usually the food here is pretty good. This is the third visit I’ve had. However today, everything from the rice to the crab Rangoon was off. Everything tasted fishy (things that had no business tasting like fish). Very disappointed. Spent $15 and while that’s not a lot, I didn’t enjoy my food at all.

Good food, nice staff, good atmosphere. Wide variety of foods like traditional Chinese dishes, Hibachi grill, Sushi, and even choices for picky eaters. Met the owner and had a nice conversation. Great place for family lunch and dinner.

Despite the unexpected rush of customers thanks to the overwhelming response by everyone from TikTok, Pagoda still served up delicious fresh options all weekend keeping up with the crowd. Last week they had one dining room open, and yesterday they had all 4 dining rooms busy! They were outnumbered by the sheer amount of people who showed up to support them this past weekend, and my partners and I enjoyed coming for dinner to see the place packed. For a restaurant that went from only a few tables to 4 dining rooms of tables, they kept up with the demand for food and I didn't see a single person on staff who was not cleaning diligently to keep up with all the plates and to-be-expected spills here and there of food, as at any restaurant. I can't believe how well they handled the unexpected pressure test!!

I have been a customer there for a long time.
Pagoda is the only Asian American food place I go for now.
I usually go there eat sushi and fried food. Sometimes just rice, meat, and veggies.
I enjoy going there. If you go there with a group of people for a meeting and party. They can set you up at an isolated area for free. But if you go there for a birthday party, it's best to be there at 7 pm or before. At 8 pm, the refill starting slow down, and you have to request it sometimes.

We went for a birthday since I had some mystery to go boxes that were discounted in the past. We went super excited and nope. Trash!! Everything looked like it had been sitting since lunch time and it was around 7 pm birthday girl went into a depression when everything was horrible and the hibachi Area was left unattended but the items sitting out were discolored.
The manager was away but happily took my phone call, he attempted to tell me that he would call the kitchen and tell them to refresh it all starting with the fried foods but it would take about 10 minutes. We waited over 15 and they only brought out one dish. So it was time to go. We had our of town guest with us it was the first time we all met but we left, I didn't get dinner that night it was a 45 minute ride to get there and now back, over thirty minutes there waiting so I grabbed a shower, water, and went to bed.
She felt like I named this restaurant to sabotage and ruin her bday because this was so horrible. We have not spoken since. They did give a refund but it took a while and the cashier told us despite not getting to eat or drink we would not be given a refund on the drinks. I pointed to the table and showed her they are still sitting there. We don't have to go cups so it's paying for it sitting on the table. They finally gave a refund and it ruined a friendship and a bday due to the death of the food long before we got there.
The chicken in a stick looked like a crouton on a stick. Everything was so dry and old. The sea food had turned. Out of the whole place we finally got some coconut chicken but everyone in the place was gathered around getting it and going to sit down. That's sad only one fresh thing in 30 minutes.
So the manager was nice but the staff in the kitchen makes me wonder if it is them or leadership that won't let them turn the pans over. Is it truly better to waste some food and make people happy or leave it and not cook more and get the horrible reviews from the wasted time, gas, bad memories, and customers not returning?!? I have no longer purchased food from them I won't go back. I was getting food twice a week for months.

Visiting my brother he suggested this location. Really enjoyed the crab salad and had the Mongolian grill option. Easy to over eat at this place

Felt like the place is dying and they don't care anymore food was disgusting I tried to find something that was good and I had to spit everything out almost 20 dollars per person and they have a sign saying they will charge you 9 dollars per pound of food waste almost seems like a scam cause they know the food is disgusting so they can charge more
