The place is super clean and inviting. Service was great. There was a small issue with my order and the communication between the store and doordash pick up. The employee had a positive attitude and we got it all figured out. Donuts are fresh and delicious and the vanilla iced coffee is just what I needed to continue my morning. 10/10

In my opinion Alberto is the Donut King!!! Great guy! Great staff! And even better donuts and beverages! This is my donut home!!! Get the crumb donut!!!

Got an assorted dozen and the donuts were fresh, service was warm and friendly and very patient with me as I didn't know what I wanted .I will definitely be back. Prices were not that bad very budget friendly. I would most definitely recommend.

We came in on a Sunday morning. I had the worst drink I’ve ever had in my entire life. I can’t seem to figure out how to add a video or photo into this review, so you’re just going to have to take my word for it. I ordered a cappuccino and… it was not a cappuccino. It was other worldly. It was straight molasses. It was like the remnants of an oil spill. It was like hot tar (I think you get the picture… I have a video of the drink. It’s like pouring actual slime out of a cup).I’m not sure if something was wrong with the machine they use, or if I got pranked, because it seemed like just straight up coffee sauce was put in my cup, but somehow thicker. You couldn’t even swallow it. There wasn’t a drop of coffee in my drink.I ordered some donuts and a breakfast sandwich. I’m never disappointed by the donuts—they’re some of my favorite ever!I’m also, usually, never disappointed with the service. However, the gal who helped me was quite rude. Maybe she was tired or stressed? I’m not sure, but I felt like she seemed irritated at me the entire time.So I’m seriously not sure what happened to my drink. I’ve ordered coffee and other drinks here before. They’re fine. I cannot stress how much this drink was like tar. So thick and gooey. It was kind of comical. But the service wasn’t.
I like the ambiance of the location on county line, it used to be a bank so it's really cool

Decently priced, deliciously sweet, made fresh donuts! Love this place! I'm a sucker for Long's but Pana is a heck of a lot closer and just as tasty! Oh, and they have Thai tea, bubble tea, and maple glazed donuts... three amazing things that were hard to find on the East side before Pana. Highly recommend - just don't take all the maple donuts, I call dibs!
