Ladies were really nice one, knew English well and the other not to much. They both where still very helpful. I needed a Tres leches Birthday cake. The one they had was BEAUTIFUL! They even wrote a name on it for me. The price was a knockout deal and much better than competitors. Everything I purchased in addition to the cake was also delicious. I highly recommend this store.

I've been buying bread and yogurt from them since long time ago. I love everything they make, the, bread, the cakes, tamales, yogurt, salsa etc.Definitely a trip worth to make.

My wonderful neighbor brought us some Tamales from here and they were awesome!
Decent bakery item selection, not a lot of variety as other bakeries.
She is so nice. The tamales here are very good.
I’ve loved all of the tamales I’ve had from here. The conchas are amazing too. I can’t wait to keep trying more of the treats I see here. I’ve lived in Chicago suburbs and in Southern California — these hold up with the best of them! Too new to the area’s new restaurants (I haven’t tried some) to say Panadería Martinez is the best around. But I bet they are. So happy this area is getting more options. I grew up around St. Jude and Roncalli, this bakery is a welcome addition in my eyes! I suggest giving them a try! Just wait until they meet Bill Swhear, the legendary non official Spanish teacher of the Southside. If you know what I’m talking about let’s be honest they have probably already met him!!!
So happy to have a panaderia so close and everything we got here was so good. I can't wait to try their molé paste!!!
