We stopped in with two of our kiddos and our food was not good. My fish was extremely hard, flavorless and dry. My hubby's carnitas were at least a day or two old. It was hard and dry. Our tortillas were super crunchy. The food was just not good and we spent a good amount of money for old dry flavorless foods. It used to be good but not anymore. We won't be back again.
I’m surprised to see some bad reviews. I’ve been coming here for a few years and have always loved the food. I do wish they were a little more personable, but seems like the owner got the message and they seem much more friendly now.

This place has been here for some time now. It's very quiet and unique restaurant. If you want authentic Mexican food, go to this place. Friendly staff and quick service!

I expected a Mexican restaurant where you are served. This is more like strip center Asian restaurants with photos in the order area, you place the order, sit down, they call your number, you pick it up & dine. The food was rather bland , but that is what we have come to expect with Mexican restaurants in Indiana. We miss the Mexican restaurants in GA, also the quantity of choices. Our town of 40,000 had 7 Mexican restaurants & 4 Taco Bell’s.

Fantastic food and large portions.
I especially liked that the tacos come bare and you get to pick your toppings from the taco bar.
Very clean space and friendly staff as well.

I stopped by Panchos one evening for a quick dinner with my sibling. We ordered two chicken tacos and two fish tacos, but unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing.
The fish tacos were probably the worst part. The fish was overly fried, dry, and completely lacking flavor. The chicken wasn’t much better either, it just didn’t taste fresh or seasoned well. Even the tortillas didn’t seem fresh, which kind of ruined the whole thing. We ended up not finishing our food.
The service was okay. Nothing to complain about there, but the food just didn’t make it for us. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Always good at Panchos. Best pork Chimichang in town. Drench it in their Yucatan sauce on the condiment bar. So good.

Dine in on this one. As a newcomer to the Indy area I'm taking all the recommendations I can get for mexican food. This one was just okay. Not bad, not great. I asked how big the tacos were noting that they were over 4 bucks a piece, and the hand gesture indicated that they were the size I would expect which is two tortilla small ones. So I ordered five. They were huge, and the meat portion was good so thats a plus. Not a ton of flavor, could use seasoning, but salsa bar and cilantro/red onion made up for it enough. The service was also not very personable, and I was given no number or name not taken, so when my food was ready they just called it up and left it on the counter. Chips appear to be home-made so that is a plus.

Ordered steak taco...asked what were the normal toppings...guy pointed to a toppings bar...basically salsas and pico...no lettuce, cheese, tommat, or sour cream...very disappointed by lack of toppings...steak was tasty.

There's not much atmosphere here, but the food quality and taste makes up for it. Everything was excellent and priced fairly. We will return!

The food tasted very bland. My burrito just had rice and unseasoned beef in it. I got 2 tacos also, the chicken which also no seasoning might have been the worst thing, it was just a tortilla with unseasoned shredded chicken. I won’t be going back it was really awful for the money.

This place is absolutely amazing. We were upset about Tijuana flats closing but now I am almost happy it did haha. The food is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!
