BEST PANDA EVER. THEY MAKE EVERYTHING WELL. The kung pao is actually spicy, veggies are cooked properly, and the orange chicken is awesome. Staff is always nice as well! Appreciate them!

Honestly It was very busy location once although food is still good as they have cook. It is one of prime and favorite location among the families. In these days it looks they are not caring their old, regular and valuable customer.... Try the one on Emerson at Beach Grove.....

I am regular visitor of Southport venue and always enjoy the food and service but my recent visits has very sour experience. It look the new staff is failed to satisfied the customers. It is easily observed while sit or stand for couple of minutes there.

Food was great, service was okay, but there was no Diet Coke and didn't seem to care about changing it out. That being the only diet drink they have makes it kind of hard for people trying to watch their sugar intake especially with how sweet the food is.

This is one of the worst locations! Staff was very rude! Was i er chargedand when I inquired about it they were hateful and simply just grabbed 2dollars from the couter and handed it to me and walked away! Made me wonder if they over charge people then take the extra cash! No apology, just mean! Food was dry and cold, the whole experience was awful! Definitely would NOT recommend this location! They need new a Manger and to adjust their staffs attitudes!

Despite the review, I decided to give it a try .. In the end, I ended up crying. The food was inedible I mean, like literally you couldn’t eat it if I did it live so far I would have returned to the store. I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE !!!

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with how my time at this location came to an end. After five years of dedication and consistent service to Panda Express, I was recently let go by a past manager in a way that felt unfair and unappreciative of the effort and loyalty I’ve shown over the years. This past manager was also forced to transferred locations due to many complaints against them.

I’ve always taken pride in representing Panda Express with professionalism, teamwork, and respect toward both customers and coworkers. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled did not reflect those same values.

I truly hope upper management reviews how long-term employees are treated and considers the impact that sudden or unexplained terminations have on staff morale. Panda Express had been a part of my life for years, and I’m saddened that my experience ended this way.

Food was good but service was slow and they didn’t seem to care how long they left me standing there before taking my order.

Food was great until I was about to feed my 3 year old some of my rice and I found a metal wire in it.

Worked around this location for a good minute and almost got daily lunches here on break. They never messed my order up and we're timely with it. I do always order off the app though.

Extremely disappointed. I never had Panda Express that was this gross in my life. Came here last night and ordered 2 plates(chicken teriyaki, super greens and fried rice) and a cub meal(string bean chicken). The chicken teriyaki was old or halfway spoiled, chewy with a bunch of fat attached. I had to spit it out. It was extremely dry as well. They gave extremely small portions with 50 servings of rice. The kids serving size look like just enough to feed a baby doll. 3 pieces of chicken with 5 string beans for the string bean chicken. My advice never go through the drive thru. Money wasted.
