I come to this location all the time, but this time I am going to leave my honest review of a specific worker named Danira. After i started paying attention to her service, I notice she works the drive thru which is where ive had my few encounters with her. To be honest, she is very discourteous the times i have ordered in drive thru. Whenever i come, she doesn’t speak at all when providing service, other than the exception of telling me my total, she always gives my card back without a “here you go”, and just hands over the food without a “thank you” or “enjoy” or anything. So now, i make sure to avoid her, and when i know shes working the drive thru, i dont bother going threw it anymore. Not sure what it is, but she may need customer service training of some sort, other than that, no one else there is rude to me. Everyone else is friendly

Waited 27 min for my to go order . The girl manager in black could have cared less . Was just texting and gabbing away . She was making peoples food in line while there's 7 people waiting for her to start boxing to go food . I finally spoke up after seeing 10 people get their food eat and leave ! Had to hold her hand to make 2 plates and an egg roll . Soooo upset .

I'm limping with a cane. I've never had to use one. My legs on fire. Trey opens the door for me, gets me a soda and sets it all up on a table for me. That was one of the most considerate things to ever happen to me. Expected morning in return. Just wow.

Used to enjoy this restaurant. Food has slowly been declining. Service is only adequate. Today, they were out of diet Coke and both sweet/unsweetened tea at the service station. I reported it, but no one seemed in a hurry to replace them. Focus seems to be on drive-thru and call ahead customers.

Just go to the one on Emerson. I was a frequent customer but the past year or so, the quality has really dropped. I’m okay paying the extra $1.25 or whatever extra for honey walnut shrimp if it wasn’t dry and gross every time I ordered it. I’ve seen them pouring 2 liter bottles for drinks once. Must be poor management.

You guys are really starting to struggle at this location. Idk if it's management or you've hired too many people that don't care. Panda pays exceptionally well for "fast food" if your staff can't cut it, cut them. The Emerson location is getting more and more of my business. Good luck.

Their drive-thru takes FOREVER and yet somehow I'm always getting parked for something and then always forgotten about, I've had to call the store and remind them I'm outside. Then the food that was ready is now cold but at least the one single item is hot.
