If I could give a 0 I would. I trekked through the snow to get my ONLINE order only for them to tell me they closed early and could not make the order, b/c of the weather but it was 6:40pm so a little too late to use that as an excuse. I asked for a refund but the manager, I guess her name is mappy, wasn’t even present and they could not issue me one on the spot. Very frustrating especially when the staff were laughing at me! Multiple came in with online orders and had to request a refund which takes 3-5 business days. I left very frustrated and will not patronize this location again. *update* the manager refunded me today and provided me a free meal.

Ignore their posted closing hours. On Google it says 10pm, but their store says 9:30. And if you go after 8, you’re going to get a lousy experience (more than half the entrees and appetizers are gone and cook-to-order only, and they’re well into their cleanup process: floor mats rolled up and put on trash cans, no silverware in their dispensers, soft drink machine completely shut off, no teas or other drinks in their dispensers). Even with a steady stream of customers at 8:30, most of whom end up asking “are you closing?”. I understand doing a little cleaning ahead of time, but this was a little extreme.

Since Covid, various eaties are reducing order servings and charging regular price. Well, Panda Express has joined the bandwagon with made-to-order reduction of your Entre serving: 1/2 ladle Kung Pao with bits of Chicken. Manager, Shame on you, for advising your staff to do so...it starts at the top and trickles down. Just give me what I have paid for.... prices were not dropped. Shrinkflation...enough all ready! This evening's visit will be the LAST. I, too, will check for a Class-Action Law for Panda Express; it's the principle!

I swear these foreigners working here hate white people. I'm always polite and friendly and they give me the smallest servings. Literally got 3 tiny pieces of beef in my order of beef and broccoli. Never coming here again
Worst experience and I come everyday . The staff was not friendly AT ALL so much to the point I didn’t buy a thing !! Even as I tried to make conversation the girl sat there and looked miserable .i even told her you don’t look like you wanna work here face full of makeup but no smile shame

King pao was great, but uhhhh this chicken roll is definitely burnt and black all over. Wish it would let me include a pic. Don't know how that got past the visual test when packing.

My wife and I were very poorly served by an Asian man with the initials KJ… we had to tell him no less than three times what we wanted in our order. My wife, among those selected, ordered super greens and it was the worst of all. We will not return nor do I recommend it!
