This location barely has even half the menu available. They are out of this, out of that, it’ll take 15 minutes to make XYZ etc. That’s on top of the tables never been clean. Very sad because I love a lot of the other panda expresses.

Closes at 9:30 per posted hours, but as early as 8:30 the lights in the dining room were turned off and they had stopped preparing more food, instead just serving what had been sitting under heat lamps. The employee serving was clearly bothered that we were there while she was trying to close an hour early.

It is unacceptable for everyone to be on their phones and serving food without washing their hands. We need to be more attentive to hygiene and less focused on personal phones.

Wouldn’t recommend going in the evening for the staff is very slow and young. Attitude from the asian girl for ordering online. Waited 30mins for a cold meal. Hope this helps Edit: DoorDash gave me a full refund. I’ll go back in the afternoon lol

I was helped out by the best staff ever the food was on point and super fresh definitely stop by this panda!
The various entrees were either out or low and inedible-looking. In addition, the soda machine was out or low on several drinks. Most of the Panda Expresses I've been to haven't had these problems.

Charged an item twice and to get it refunded it took 10 minutes. Food went cold didn’t offered hot food. Hot orange Chicken is simply over burnt and doesn’t taste good. Fried rice is plane white rice.

I went to the Indianapolis Nora Panda Express on Aug 1. I was there when they said they open at 10am. However when I put my order in at 10:03, the items I ordered had not been cooked. I was told it would be 10-15 minute wait. However I waited for 45 minutes. The server, cash register person was very kind & polite. However the manager was there, he knew the situation, he saw me sitting there waiting and never came & apologized to me for the long wait. They open at 10am. They should start cooking at 9am so when customers arrive at 10, they will be serviced.
