I don’t know if I’m always coming here at the wrong time or what? How does this have 4 plus stars? Garbage location ever since Covid. Working are either worn out or just lazy. There’s never anything made but orange chicken. They put way too much vinegar in the orange chicken. That’s all you can smell when you get it. They press you to order before you even get to look at what they have and you know if you order something they don’t have it’s a 20-30 min wait. Rice quality is like they don’t know how to make rice.. I can go on but I don’t get paid for reviews.

If you've eaten at one Panda Express...you've eaten at them all . Nothing to write home about && pretty standard as far as American-Chinese food goes...
Was initially going to leave a 3-star review since the food is pretty much middle of the road...but the woman behind the counter who was taking my order irked me . As soon as I approached ,, she IMMEDIATELY asked me to name off every single entree I wanted . Ummmm...excuse me ?? You want me to name every entree I want before you start boxing it up ?? How do you expect me to do that ??
She obviously must think my life revolves around Panda Express && I readily know the exact names of each entree y'all sell . Not to mention she asked me for the entree names MULTIPLE times && called herself getting an attitude when I started pointing at the stuff I wanted . She probably doesn't even know that half the signs for the entrees are gone . That made me a little bit upset that she expected me to rattle off my entire order without visually looking at the food . Whoever you are and whatever your name is...you're the sole reason I dropped my rating by 1-star . Just because you know all things Panda Express ,, doesn't mean the customers do

Very unpleasant atmosphere and service. The Asian employee at the counter (I think her name is Russmy, along with Kat) was very disrespectful. Not at all friendly. Every table was dirty. The food wasn't fresh... the manager was nowhere to be seen supervising the store... a complete disaster!!!
Terrible Service!! Got here at 4:30 and had an order pickup time for 5pm ….walked to the Register where the pick up people actually pick up their items. I didn’t receive assistance, Another person came in and they begin helping that person right away while I was sitting there waiting. Told the lady my name in order and sat down to wait. Waited for 15 minutes, even when there was only one other person inside the restaurant waiting to be serviced. More people begin to come in And they service them. So I went up to the register to ask about my order again after the service three or four different people they begin to make my order. Terrible service and customer service. After going to this location for over 10 years, I indefinitely will not be back!!!

WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS. Worst panda express i have been to. Food had no flavor, the chow mein hardly had any noodles. Ordered online it have me a 30 minute pickup so we waited showed at 35 minutes after order was placed and stole had to wait another 20 at the restaurant. My husband finally had to say something that if they would quit helping all the walk-ins they could have had our order done.

Edit 1 star we found a metal wire in our food, although we did get a refund and food remade from a second manager, the first manager we brought this to her attention questioned why we wanted a refund… looked at us dumb and proceeded to start helping other people on the line. Probably why she works at panda express to begin with…
Edit, would like to note that after placing this review and then letting me know, I can email about my complaint. It has now been 2weeks and they have not gotten back to me.

Go to this Panda express, average experience with no complaints. However, got take out recently and found a piece of metal in my food. I was about to lodge a complaint when I noticed that this restaurant has a history of metal in its food.
-An order recently in their food also had metal recently within a day or 2 of my food.
-A year ago, another review was left where someone had metal in their food.
For the sake of your teeth, I recommend a different restaurant.

Very good place for cheap "Chinese" food. Consistency throughout the chain makes this a good and safe choice., although occasionally Kung Pao can be extremely spicy. Personally, adding hot oil instead of szechuan peppers would give greater control over the heat levels.

Horrible service, staff is rude and dirty dining room.
Even when I do online pick up they think Im stealing my order or something.
