Every time I order on DoorDash and I ask for chili sauce they always forget
When you come in the store to order, you are not the priority. Seems like they’re only worried about the drive-through. With no one else in line. Takes 15+ minutes to even be acknowledged by the employees when It finally comes time to order they are very rude about it. There Seems to be no manager on standby. Do not go here.

Arrived around 8pm on 8-29. Went to place an order for dine in. They were out of items that I wanted, but said they would be up in a few minutes. 2 employees wrote my order on an empty box and cashed me out, saying they would bring it out to me in a moment. A handful of guests came in shortly after. They proceeded to help them. Over 20 minutes went by and I still hadn't gotten my food. I assumed they had forgot so I went back up to the counter. I noticed a box of food sitting on the line at this time. When I asked to speak to the employee at the register, he asked me to wait and proceeded to assist everyone else first. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for the line to clear. Over a dozen other people that came in after me were all served before. When they were done I asked to speak to a manager, but there wasn't one on duty. I told the hourly employee what happened and she asked her staff what happened to my food. The employee then tried to offer me the box of food that had been sitting on their line for who knows how long. The hourly employee in charge then made me a fresh box. She tried to offer a discount, but because I had already threw my receipt away she said there was nothing the could offer. I called the next day to speak to a manager, informed them of the situation, but all they did was take my name down for a 10% discount for my next visit but I don't visit that area often at all.
Idk, waiting over 30 minutes for food that is supposed to be prepped in front of me and then paying full price just doesn't seem right.

No cap this is by far the worst Panda Express I've ever been to normally you can go to Panda Express and get way more food than what you can handle for a very nice price this one here Penny pinches the worst I have not seen anyone literally count out orange chicken and shrimp and pieces of steak that's cut up ever at a Panda Express as if they're trying to save some food to reserve the next day instead of making it fresh save yourself the headache avoid this Panda Express go to another one somewhere else to where they show you plenty of love and appreciation as a customer because a few of the different nationality women that were servers were very rude and disrespectful and also counting out the pieces of my meal and I wasn't the only one there were quite a few people that were surprised that possibly were new customers to this specific restaurant on this side of town save yourself to headache If you want Panda Express go somewhere beyond this one
I keep trying to give this particular location a chance (I used to love panda) 3 separate times in the last year. All 3 times food has been inedible. Save your time and money and just go to a different location!
