I don't understand how this location is getting reviews from customers who leave 1 or 2 stars. I've been ordering and eating here religiously since their grand opening: the staff here are fanonminal. They are as accommodating by far and makes a standard for what service means. I've never had a missing order in the drive-thru. I maybe had one order of a disappointing batch of Kung Pao chicken but. One dish gone poorly isn't going to prevent me from remembering all the satisfing meals I have shared and ate happily. The new hire is super friendly and welcoming. Has a great attitude. Lovely staff and will continue to enjoy my lunch or dinner. ❤️Beijing Beef ❤️ Sweet Fire Chicken ❤️ Kung Pao Chicken I had today was kicking delicious. 🔥⭐⭐⭐⭐

The girl named Maria, she speaks Spanish perfectly and I asked her a question in Spanish and she was answering me in English. I think she was very rude. And other than that, she was very dismissive. And the reality of things is that she did. She works on customer service. She should be a little kinder and more empathetic to all the clients.

First time at this location since they opened and the broccoli in the super greens had extra protein 🤢. Why would you not inspect the broccoli when it looks this way. I get vegetables come from the ground and it happens, but this seems to be from not washing them. Couldn't get a manager to contact me to discuss.

The food is usually pretty good, but God forbid you go inside to pick up your food from an online order. It’s never ready on time and there are always tons of people crowded around the pick up area while employees ignore everyone. Just like most things these days you have to be willing to deal with some nonsense to get something decent. It’s usually not worth it.

I work all over the city and frequent at Panda Express everywhere I go; this Panda Express has always had the most consistently fresh food and friendly service. I’ve yet to have a bad experience here and based on how friendly the staff has always been to me, I believe they would fix any issue with kindness.
