Panera Bread Reviews
Ordered an iced tea online (Unlimited Sips.) No tea was available when I arrived, was told there would be no tea today. Okay, wish I had known that sooner (I mean, Starbucks is next door,) but a Diet Pepsi will do. No CO2 and the machine is spraying water everywhere when I try to fill my cup. Panera Bread offers a variety of menu options, including the pick two menu, which allows customers to choose two items, such as the ranch Cobb salad and frontega chicken sandwich. The restaurant has received mixed reviews, with mentions of the food being hit or miss, including issues like wilted lettuce and old apples. However, many customers praise the delicious taste of the sandwiches, with specific mentions of the new Asiago sandwiches, particularly the Tuscan, being amazing. The staff is working to improve their service; while some employees are noted as being super nice and attentive, others seem distracted by conversations behind the counter. Though the restaurants are generally clean, the service and ambiance can be inconsistent. Additionally, some customers have expressed concerns about inventory issues, such as running out of popular items like the cinnamon crunch bagel before noon, and high prices for meals, with some feeling that they could have had a sit-down dinner for the same cost.
