I’m from the East Coast, I’m not used to the ladies behind the counter thanking me for my order, and the young man who makes my coffee and brings it to my table. The staff is wonderful!

This location NEVER gets food out in a timely manner every time I’m in drive thru and with only one car I’m here over 15 minutes. I’ve been in line now for 10 at the window and still haven’t even gotten my drink.

I hate to give a bad review, but went on a Sunday after church hoping for a quick brunch before kid had to work. They had no bread or bagels. Staff reported their baker did not show up. A place that primarily serves bread based offerings should have a backup plan, in my opinion.

Your food has and is always been 👍🏿 I do have one concern, my wife and I have issues with our blood sugars.

Why don't you all sell wheat bread? We love wheat bread. Healthy eating is something we pride ourselves on. Please start serving wheat bread.

My husband just called me and told me he just had the most horrible customer service he has ever had from there. His name is Shyn the Barbertician and goes there a lot. He ordered what he normally orders for our kids. The lady doing the order at the register was very rude. Not giving the receipt after the order only until asked then once the receipt was viewed he politely told her it was wrong. She then walked away and told someone else to help. While waiting for someone to come he then had to go to the pick up area and tell them not to make that order because it’s wrong. Crazy part is he goes there a lot and this has never happened. So my husband was charged $10 extra and left still with the wrong items he ordered only because he was in a rush. He also stated he didn’t want the money back as well. This was truly unacceptable.

Mac ‘n Cheese good, of course. Very impressed with young man, Jordan (?) cleaning tables who used a clean new cloth & dried my table top before I sat down. Wonderful!

I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich. Total chaos waiting for my food. People standing on top of each other, hovering over ever dish laid up hoping it was there’s. What an embarrassment this location is for Panera Bread.

Worst PB and its my local. Sucks. If you order delivery, it will be about an hour late. If you order in the store, get ready for bad service. They will mess up your order...check everything. Don't recommend at all.

Order was inaccurate, had to ask for an omitted item. Service was not good. I didn't see the kiosks until after I ordered. They are in obscure area, off to the side where they are.The wait to order 2as rather long

This is a very busy location so you definitely have to show Grace and mercy. There may be some staffing concerns so you must be able to exhibit patience.

My Frontega Chicken was made to perfection and the store manager Darianna was an angel. She made sure my order was perfect. Let’s show this some location some love.
