Ordered an iced tea online (Unlimited Sips.) No tea was available when I arrived, was told there would be no tea today. Okay, wish I had known that sooner (I mean, Starbucks is next door,) but a Diet Pepsi will do. No CO2 and the machine is spraying water everywhere when I try to fill my cup. No signs, no warnings whatsoever, just, “Oh, our CO2 has blown.” Pure laziness.
I waited a minimum of 30 min in store for a half sandwich and salad to go. Once I got the text saying my food was ready for pick up I still waited another 7 min. I told a girl behind counter that my order said it was ready and she just looked at me and said “AND?” Clearly there is either a staffing shortage or the employees don’t care. Finally another lady asked my name and said they were working on my order now. There’s too many sandwich places to choose from for me to ever go back to that location again.
Walk in and immediately smell the fresh bakery goods. Service was amazing. Helped with questions we had.. when I needed a to go bag, they dropped what they were doing to assist us. The new Asiago sandwiches are amazing.... the Tuscan is number 1. Thanks Panera for a great dinner by the fireplace :)

This is consistently the worst Panera I have ever been to after living in the area for 3 years. I am astounded to see it have as high of a rating as what it does. Drive through 90% of the time will have you pull forward and wait for 10+ minutes. 50/50 chance of getting my order correct, half the time they are out of things. I should just stop going back, but every couple of months I just really want a convenient cup of soup. It makes me sad because I genuinely do like their menu. Went inside for the first time and it was so dirty I will never eat there again. Panera, please pay your workers more so that maybe you can retain some high quality workers.

We came on a Sun eve. It was 1 1/2 hrs before closing. Chaotic as the workers were trying to pre-close. Only 3 other customers but we all waited a very long time for our food. A lot of joking around and laughing back behind in the kitchen. 🙄

First time ordering from this Panera. Very disappointed. The gentlemen at the counter were very helpful and nice. However, the rapid order was sloppy and incorrect. Seems as though they just threw the food in the bag. The sandwiches were so visually sloppy that I would have never given it to my dog. The salad had so much salt and pepper it was ridiculous. They remade the salad and rewrapped the sandwiches. Opened the salad there were so many banana peppers on the salad hardly no lettuce. The food was horrible, it went in the trash. Will never return to this restaurant and advise anyone else to not as well. Jeez!

The food is wonderful but the prices are too high! Two of us had lunch, and it was $65! For sandwiches and soups with drinks. We could have had a sit-down dinner for that price! They've also been pulling cars out of drive-through for a waiting spot a lot recently. Seems unnecessary. This particular trip, they had to bring stuff to our car three times!

I ordered 1/2 dozen bagels to take to work. When I got to work, I noticed that all th3 bagels were stale. Was so embarrassed that I could not even share it with coworkers. Never again

I have placed two orders for catering through this location and had terrible experiences with both. I can not recommend them for catering services. The first order was completely cancelled an hour before it was supposed to be delivered because they were out of SOME of the items we requested. The second order had $125 of souffles on it and they were out of them, so they "threw in some extra bagels to compensate". This is unacceptable, if you are out of $125 of my order, then you refund it without question. I had to go through Panera customer service and wait 7-10 business days for a refund.

I must admit that I usually wouldn’t take the time to leave a review for fast food. However, I’ve been disappointed more times than not at various restaurants. Today was no different.
Panera used to be a good place to eat, but now it’s double the price it used to be. The service inside and at the drive-thru is extremely slow, the food portions are small, and quality of what you do get is only mediocre at best.

I would avoid this Panera Bread if you can. They always mess up orders, give really small portions and the place is a mess. Dining area is filthy and bathrooms are worse.

Ordered our meal with hardly anyone in the store. Waited 25 minutes for our food while 4 of the employees sat there and chatted about life in an obvious area. Only one person was actually making food and the others were quite literally doing nothing.

Keystone Panera, you were my hope. Get your act together! I love Panera coffee, scones, and souffle. Where I currently work at 52nd and Keystone, there isn't much as far as places to get a good cup of coffee. I leave extra early to get coffee from this place. I get there at 830am on a Saturday morning in the drive through. There are 3 cars in the parking lot and no one is in the drive through in front of me. I'm greater and asked to wait. I sit there for 3 minutes. Finally they come back thanking me for my patience. I ask what I always ask, "Do you have scones or souffle today?" Because they rarely have either no matter what time of the day you arrive. They had souffle, great, I order a souffle. "And I'll have a large light roast coffee". "Oh, we don't have coffee today." I just laugh. Its the laugh of a man who's only real reason for getting up extra early on a super cold day, before going to work, was to get a cup of light roast coffee from Panera Bread. "Yhea our coffee maker is broken" Just forget it. I say and drive off. Every time I go there they don't have something I'm trying to order. I've been going to various Panera for over 20 years and they've never not had coffee. The staff is usually friendly enough and it's not their fault the management sucks. That's all, that's my rant. Don't bother with this Panera.
