My kids told me to give this place 5 stars because they love it so much! They say, “it’s very calm, it’s very clean, and the food is great!”
Dietary restrictions: Chili is gluten free & dairy free!

Still 1 hour before close and employees are pulling the pastries, no coffee in the lobby, had to wait for it to be brewed, and the lady at the counter had quite chip on her shoulder. When I approached the pastry counter, instead of asking if she could help me, she was not friendly in response and just continued to pack up the pastries that I was clearly looking at to buy... oh well. Normally panera locations are good right up til the doors are locked. 🔐 picture is of the coffe that was brought out to us and then when we said thank you, she absolutely ignored us... pathetic!

Love their steak wake. The only thing I would change is to add pickled onions to the menu on the app under toppings. Pickled onions are good on almost any sandwich.

Adrianna and even the managers were rude probably because Adrianna lied to the managers about the way she was speaking to us and what was going on so they decided to come and be rude as well. I ordered a tomato basil blt and a grilled cheese sandwich. I received some kind of turkey and cheese sandwich and a grilled cheese. My kids started eating their grilled cheese sandwich and I noticed mine was wrong we go back to the drive through and say we got the wrong sandwich and would just like the BLT. We get to the window and she acts confused after we show her our reciept that clearly says BLT and she’s the one that handed us the wrong sandwich so we say we just want the BLT. She goes and talks to her manager or something and comes back and asks for our bag so I say do you want the sandwich that was wrong or the whole bag? She said whole bag. I said can I take the grilled cheese out that my kids are in the middle of eating? She said no I need the whole bag, I said okay are you going to remake the grilled cheese if you take it back? She said no we won’t. I said well you’re not getting the grilled cheese back unless you wanna remake it if not my kids are eating this I just need my BLT and she said she was getting her manager and they come over acting all confused, the male was nice and understood we just needed our BLT, the woman was rude like “so what’s going on” in a rude tone because I saw Adrianna throwing her hands up talking to her before she came over. This is terrible customer service I don’t understand what was so hard about just giving me to correct sandwich?? When they finally gave me the sandwich they literally grabbed it right off the counter like it had just been sitting there the whole time they wanted to argue when clearly they were wrong.
The manager Andrew is his name? totally not professional and had an attitude the entire time while i needed something explained.. not sure what his problem was or why he seemed so irritated with us but if you don’t like your job you should find something better! it’s not cool to treat others any less especially customers that way! ended up leaving with my order and zero silverware or napkins. will not be back here lol.

Ordered two of the same meals to go and two smoothies. One sandwich was correct and the other was just chicken and bread…? Makes no sense since it was literally the same meal supposed to be made twice. The smoothies were awful.

What a bad experience. Unless you eat like a bird and have money to give away. Unless you're eating bagels, I would stay away from the food options. If you do order, make sure they understand because they will put in what they want to, and then you'll have to eat whatever. I think when you try to do an order here.A common sense is out the window. It does not help when they do not listen. Will you place an order. I would suggest the manager/owner. Tell his employee he's not to debate with the customer. Not a good idea.

Great place for lunch. I don't know what they do to help the noise level stay low when they are busy, but more restaurants should do it!

Cashiers take forever to process an order. Tables were dirty, the portion size on the sandwiches are very, very small. For an $11 Sandwhich, there were 3 small slivers on chicken on it.

Sandwich was good but it was only about 4 inches with hardly any meat for $9.18 What you get for the amount you pay is just not worth it anymore at Panera. Your money gets you more at so many other places.

I tried to order three different soups and they were out. I tried to order another two sandwiches instead and they were out of stuff. This is not the first time. Not to mention the cashier was very snarky and smirked that we were out. He was not helpful. I would stop coming if it was the only healthy ish choice.
