Well, I am displeased that this location screwed up making the Cinnamon Crunch bagels today, and didn't just throw them out and continue to sell them because if you got it sliced and toasted, the bottom part was so thin that it became as hard as a crouton and tasted burnt. The top part was also burnt and tasted burnt, and there is very little squish to the bready part of the bagel. Someone screwed up, they made the portions too small, I saw them all on the cooling racks they were all the same. I thought Panera Bread was pretty strict on the quality of their stuff and they don't send it out unless it's good.... oh no wait that's McAlister's.

Not a very clean and neat location. Old poorly maintained decor. The restrooms are nasty. Not a great place. Food is “meh”. Coffee is about the only thing they have going.

I went there to get a chicken sandwich. When I finally got to order, I was informed that they ran out of chicken. So I left, and so did the guy with his two kids behind me. I know it happens, just letting you know how my experience was.

They made my order but didn’t know who it was for, forgot the chicken on my southwest chicken salad, forgot to bring me chicken the first time I went asked. I wondered why the place was so empty at lunch. Now I know.

Not sure what’s going on here but I ordered a large drink and was handed a small. I had to say something in order to get the large cup, a woman after me had the same issue. Paying $4 for a large is pricey but to be handed a small cup is absurd. I ordered French onion soup and I’m not sure what I received. It tastes nothing like French onion soup nor does it even look like it. 4 employees sat at the front while a line of people were ordering food on the kiosk and no one offered to help or take an order. On top of that the kiosk asked for me to tip the workers…tip them for what exactly? Preparing my food as they should because they took on an hourly wage job making over $12 an hour? Not a server or bartender so I’m not sure why I should be asked to tip on a KIOSK machine! Not to mention the worker had on a chicken hat…you don’t work for Chick Fil A so I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish. I’ve posted a picture of the soup I received (French onion) which is not what French onion soups look like or even taste like.

Love Panera, their food is always fresh and tasty. I frequently order soup which is always hot. Also love their pastries.

I don't know if the Latina manager is still there, but before everything was perfect. Now at 6 pm there is nothing in the coffee area and you order and the lady in front gives you things in a bad way and what she wants. She should be nice and give you what you ask for.

This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed. Parking was convenient, the facility was clean, and I was greeted and assisted immediately upon entering. I also tried the new Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT with chips for the first time. The sandwich was freshly made, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious— a great alternative to my previous favorite, the Roasted Turkey and Avo BLT. I highly recommend this location and the new recipe!

Came into Panera Bread to one of the best greetings I’ve had in a long time. This beautiful young lady named Bri has one of the best smiles, lovely demeanor, and pleasant voices I’ve seen and heard.
She greeted me and everyone else that came in with such a pleasant greeting.
Thank you Panera for hiring a good one.

This morning @the E 56th Street store( which I attend every Wednesday morning with my friend ( who is handicapped) the employees were exhibiting negative body language, inattentiveness and lack of eye contact. it felt as though they were annoyed at our presence. I would suggest that better training and performance reviews might be in order.
