Waste of money. They didn't fill the $10 tomato soup up all the way. The strawberry lemonade slush was smaller than a small and it cost $6. They filled half of it with ice. Don't eat here. Totally not worth it. They went way downhill.

This location has truly taken me on a rollercoaster of emotions. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year, and at one point I even canceled my membership because the customer service was so disappointing. Thankfully, I decided to give them a second chance, and I haven’t regretted it since. The new morning manager is excellent—always cheerful, attentive to every customer, quick to prioritize small orders, and able to keep the crew moving smoothly, even during hectic mornings filled with catering requests.
That said, there’s still one recurring issue, not just at this location but at several Panera stores: missing items. They use a system where staff check off the ticket to “ensure” everything is in the bag, but it’s still common to find chips, spreads, or other items missing. When I have time, I open the bag before leaving and catch mistakes right away. The staff are always kind and quick to fix them. Unfortunately, I can’t always check, and on those mornings I end up with unpleasant surprises once I get to work
Overall, if I could, I would have their salads every day for lunch, and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese for breakfast 🥰

Panera Bread is one of the best family-friendly restaurants for fresh, healthy meals served in a relaxed café-style environment. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with kids and adults alike. The menu is full of options that range from soups and salads to sandwiches, bowls, and bakery items, so there’s something for everyone.
For adults, I recommend the You Pick Two option, which allows you to pair a half sandwich, half salad, or a soup. A favorite combination is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The sandwich is warm, flavorful, and filling, while the soup is creamy and comforting—perfect for a balanced meal. Pairing it with one of their fresh iced teas or lemonades makes it even better.
For kids, Panera Bread offers a great children’s menu with smaller, healthier portions. The Grilled Cheese with a side of fresh fruit is a classic that kids love, and the Mac & Cheese is another favorite—creamy, cheesy, and portioned just right for younger appetites. Parents can feel good knowing the kids’ meals are wholesome and made with quality ingredients.
What makes Panera Bread family-friendly is the variety of menu options, the ability to customize meals, and the relaxed dining atmosphere. The bakery section with cookies, bagels, and pastries is always a hit with kids, while adults appreciate the healthier choices and fresh flavors. Panera is also a convenient option with online ordering, delivery, and a clean dining space that makes family meals stress-free.
Panera Bread is a reliable choice for families who want fresh food, affordable pricing, and a restaurant where everyone can find something they enjoy.
Excellent service & especially enjoyed the well-known Mac N Cheese.

The customer service is so slow here. Seems to have gone down over the years. Would not recommend this location.

The sandwich was delicious,I'm not gonna lie but it was really small. For the same price, I could have got double the sandwich at another popular place. I can think of 2 places right now. The employees were nice. I dropped my empty cup on the ground and they gave me a new one without a problem and it was clean inside.

Always seems slow, even ordering online ahead. Sometimes the air doesn't seem to be working so it's miserable hot inside. Never enough meat in the sandwich. Overpriced.

The Chicken Avo Melt from Panera is absolutely delicious! One of the best parts is the convenience—especially when you don’t feel like leaving home. If you’re ordering for more than one person and your total is over $35, delivery is free, which is such a nice bonus.
I also recently discovered that Panera is offering two free months of their Unlimited Sip Club, and you better believe I’m taking full advantage of it! It’s an amazing deal, and now that I’ve realized how convenient and worthwhile it is, I’ll more than likely continue with the subscription after the promotion ends. Morning coffee, tea, and soft drinks throughout the afternoon? Yes, please!
The employees are very friendly and patient. The service was fast and good consistent. The restaurant was actively being tidied as we enjoyed our food. Would come here again.
