Ever since this place moved off of eighty sixth street, it has never been the same. If you get takeout or drive through, check your order before you leave. So far it's 10 out of 10 times for me that something was wrong. They've been out of bread, i've gotten the completely wrong sandwich, a minimal amount of chicken to even list it as an ingredient... used to love this place. At this point the prices don't match the quality, portions or plain out accuracy. You're better off getting take out at an actual restaurant.

What do you mean by free chips, by not giving you any at all? Chips and sandwich. Simple order right? Guess not. From reading reviews, this location has a problem with packing orders correctly.
Ordered the Homestyle Chicken Soup and was loaded up with stuff instead of just a lot of broth like I get at other Paneras. Was quite happy and will return!

First time visiting this location with friends. Our orders were made incorrectly and one of the female workers was throwing the food on the counter, not just at us but at other customers. I was shocked to see that the manager witnessed her being rude and making side remarks without saying a word. That young lady needs an attitude adjustment. At one point she did yell that she quit, so I hope she did if she's so unhappy.

Took 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. One was no longer hot. Neither had cwhioped cream as ordered. When I asked for another the server to replace the cold coffee she did not acknowledge me other than to hand me a new one. Store had no milk on site to make lattes.

Ordered my food ahead. To be told that I had to come inside to receive my order. Get home to find out that half of my order was not placed in the bag. Called back to confirm my order would be corrected when I returned. Spike with the manager. Arrived home to still be missing items from my order. I will never order from this location again. The other location which is near by has never made such a gross mistake with my order.

Finally removing my sip club membership. Since they took the cups away and you have to wait for them to give it to you is annoying. Employee seemed bothered that I was standing there waiting for it. Then waited at the counter to buy a cookie and nobody seemed to have the time for me. So I filled my tea and left.

Train your employees to check bags correctly. I don't usually go here, but it's right next to my new work. I've been there probably 20 times in the last 2 weeks, and they've gotten my order right three times.
Like I didn't even know that butter came with a baguette side until a few days ago because they never put it in the bag.
I check everytime now before I leave, the quality control at this location needs a serious overhaul.
