Panera Bread

My sister & I each selected the 1/2 & 1/2 selection. We chose sandwiches & I selected their great mac ‘n cheese & my sister selected onion soup. This particular Panera gave a generous amount of mac ‘n cheese. We were happy & satisfied with our meals.

Seasonal items available on their website were not available at the store. The food I got instead was good. Went through the drive-thru so atmosphere doesn't really apply.

The most recent visit here was poor at best. A Sip Club order via the app 10 mins ahead of arrival took almost 5 mins to get anyone to recognize me to request a cup. I hope this is not a regular occurrence.

I have loved Panera for years, picking up breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the drive-through. I went through the drive-through this morning, and it took forever for someone to ask my order, and after I told them what I wanted, i waited another five minutes, and she came back and asked what I would like to order. Anyway, I’m sitting at the window now waiting for that order, about 15 minutes later. It’s ridiculous.

Went in for my birthday pastry (you need to register for MyPanera) and used the drive thru. No notes, Thank you all for a pleasant experience

Been over often for their sip club membership. The workers were always nice and quick service. Always in and out without any problems. Great location.

Purchased a sandwich today from Panera, the Fontecha chicken. When I got the sandwich, the center of the sandwich is called when I told the clerk he told me to heat it up in the microwave thanks.

Ever since this place moved off of eighty sixth street, it has never been the same. If you get takeout or drive through, check your order before you leave. So far it's 10 out of 10 times for me that something was wrong. They've been out of bread, i've gotten the completely wrong sandwich, a minimal amount of chicken to even list it as an ingredient... used to love this place. At this point the prices don't match the quality, portions or plain out accuracy. You're better off getting take out at an actual restaurant.

What do you mean by free chips, by not giving you any at all? Chips and sandwich. Simple order right? Guess not. From reading reviews, this location has a problem with packing orders correctly.

Ordered the Homestyle Chicken Soup and was loaded up with stuff instead of just a lot of broth like I get at other Paneras. Was quite happy and will return!
