Panera Bread

I frequently order from this Panera through the app and drive-thru fast lane. Service is often slow but usually manageable, so I’ve never felt the need to comment until today.
I went through the drive-thru to place a simple two item order. Rachel, who said she was the manager, was distracted and I had to repeat my order several times. I raised my voice only to be heard and was then told I didn’t need to yell and that I could leave and did not have to be served.
When I asked for the corporate number, I was given incorrect information more than once. This interaction was unprofessional and could have been handled very differently. Customers shouldn’t be dismissed for simply trying to place an order.

Delish! Clean! Friendly tall fella on 12/22/25 in the morning really made the visit special. He was kind, helpful, and friendly! Yummy sandwich too!

Soup is always watered down. Bread for soups is stale :( multiple tries coming here and same thing each time.

The employees need to be taught proper food safe practices. They do not change their gloves after handling money or throwing trash away and go right back to the kitchen and prepare food.

Amazing! Specifically Shawn/Sean is awesome, so kind, and very sweet! My father, sister and I went to pick up a fun meal for us and my mother; and he made this visit so great!

This location was move a from West 86th. Food not as good but the dining area is as inviting as bus station.

I had an issue that Melissa (not sure if she is the manager) made right and was extremely courteous and even went out of her way to follow up with me. Very impressed with the customer service at this location.

I had an issue with a door dash order and the staff was more than pleasant when handling the mix up that wasn’t even their fault. They were very friendly and understanding when I came in to pick up my order myself.

I have not been to this place for several years. The location is not a best fit for traffic. Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Well the food is good for the price. I had chilly soup and the roast beef sandwich. The wife had a great salad.
