Food service is definitly slipping, just ordered bagels and they were not toasted as requested and 2 expired curdled cream cheeses, all the quality stickers in the world does not correct orders being accurate and expired items not being given to customers. And a splash of cream is not a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. Management needs to step up get a handle on these stores because the quality was what justifies the price of the food. Very disappointed.

86th street location in NW Indianapolis did not include a sandwich in our DoorDash order. We drove to the location to have it replaced. Not once did anyone apologize and were quite rude. As someone who works in the service industry, I teach my teams who apologize even if it isn’t our fault. It should be ingrained in their vocabulary. We understand mistakes happen because we are human, but being rude and no apologizing is unacceptable.

Ordered a bagel pack for a work event and the bagels, cream cheese, napkins, etc were all thrown together in a large paper bag. Kind of a weird situation bringing this mess to a meeting. I had to apologize for the presentation.
Went through the drive through. I was the only person there. From time she swiped my cc (I get texts) to the time I got my 1 sandwich it took 11 minutes. When I was handed my food I said thank you and got nothing in return. No you're welcome, no sorry for the wait... she just handed me the bag and closed the door. Sandwich was made on alternate bread because they ran out which was fine, but was missing other components they didn't specify they were also possibly out of. Won't go back to this location.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but this was the worst Panera we’ve ever visited. They were literally out of baguettes/bread, Mandarin oranges (for our salads), gave about 1/3 the amount of chicken that they should have on our salads. The staff was not very friendly and they even turned off the soda fountain…I didn’t even know that was possible. Definitely will not go back…ever!
