Terrible service ordered online for carry out got the notification. My order is ready arrived at the restaurant. They didn’t have my order. Apparently they gave it away. I had to sit there and wait for them to make my order again so when I asked, could I just get a 2 liter for my inconvenience? They told me no I’ll have to pay for it. Terrible and it was filthy, never again.

The worst experience ordering takeout pizza I have ever had. Got into line whenever the order status was marked as “ready”. Pulled up to the window and told them my name and then proceeded to wait 25 minutes for another worker to finally bring the pizza over to the window. The entire time, watching the staff on their phones, talking with each other, etc. having zero customers in the store. Completely confusing why they mark the orders ready and have you wait forever at the window, creating a MASSIVE line.

For a carry out order which was ready and i waited 3 mins to see a person and they came and took the cash and went inside and no one came out to hand me the order it took them literally 15 mins
need to train your employees the word called ‘customer service’ Treating paying customers like an inconvenience is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend this place enough. As anyone that knows me is aware, I'm not typically a chain person. I like supporting local. However, this store went above and beyond for me and my employees. We had placed a large order and they worked with me on a price that was within budget and helped us save money while still serving our students.

Long story short, we ended up having to cancel the order at the last moment due to a miscommunication issue. The error was 100% our fault and yet, they allowed us to make this change. We bought and picked up the pizzas that had already been made and were very gracious to us. I felt incredibly bad for having to change the order at the last minute, but they were so professional and helpful to us. I will definitely be going back to them more now as they totally deserve it and earned my repeat business.

Yes, I know that cancelling at the last minute is not fair to them. I get it. And if I could have still bought all of the pizzas, I would have, but my hands were tied. I am beyond grateful, as was my department and company, that they were able to help us out. Thank you again management and all of your staff for your hard work, dedication and still greeting us with a smile.

The pizza at Papa John’s is decent, but the service could use improvement. Orders often take longer than expected, and staff don’t seem very attentive.
Customer support feels rushed and not very helpful when issues arise. Overall, good food but disappointing service not quite up to the mark.

Stood in line for minutes without even being acknowledged or spoken to by the staff. The person in front of me walked out and said that no one took his order. I also walked out because no one took my order. This is a horrible way to treat your customers. Do not come here, there's better pizza and service elsewhere.

I have been ordering Papa John's for years and I'll never ever been treated the way I was treated yesterday from the one on Indiana avenue like damn I know I ordered twice and the first order some reason it went to y'all address instead of my address even though I put a tip the delivery driver on there so that don't make sense I ordered it to my address they canceled the order I reordered it 2 hours later they sent out the first order dat first then I didn't get my breadsticks they only gave me two thing of chicken that they had reheated I am so freaking mad that I spent $70 yesterday the other day I spend $90 that order wasn't even right why what are y'all doing that's too much money to be playing with and not even mad that you sent out the same order that I ordered to hours ago I'm mad that I didn't even give me all my stuff I want some my money back really and now y'all won't answer the phone for me keep putting me on hold I'm pissed that's why I need to just cook it home

Despite the food being great the service was slow. Seems under staffed and lacking a frontal appearance that we have come to expect from a fast food business. Would do well sith a kiosk that would also help with the missing menu. Staff member was professional and efficient.

I had bad experience of college avenue side store. First time I had tried from papa John’s pizza but I will not suggest to anyone as it’s showing hand made but they r putting toppings on ready made pizza base. No softness . It’s showing offer buy one get one free but we aren’t received. Showing false offers to allure the customer
