Order a small pizza with pepperoni and sausage every single slice had maybe a couple sausages a couple pepperonis but no slice had both on the same slice. They are super cheap and they don’t give a crap about their ingredients. The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. I will never order from this pizza store ever again. This is the last time I gave them another chance and they always disappoint. They need to get rid of most of their staff and hire all new people because there’s so many bad complaints and the managers obviously don’t give a crap at all!!!

So, we have been going to the Southport Papa John's for about a year now. At first everything was really good and tasted great. But my past several orders have been horrible!! Started out with a hair baked into my pizza. Yes, they gave me a pizza for a later date, but it was hard to go back for awhile after that. Then we get the free pizza, (which they forgot to write down my name) barely has any cheese on it. The other pizzas tasted off, like the pepperonis were expired. And now today we get a large pepperoni and there was no cheese in the middle. How does that happen? I didn't get a pic of it before the kids grabbed some, but I did get a small pic of it. And the boneless garlic Parm nuggets were like cheap nuggets with a tiny bit of sauce one them. And two of the 15 were so small they didn't even make 1 nugget. I've complained before, but obviously nothing has changed. And I hate complaining, but this is ridiculous. So, sad to say it's time to find a different pizza place.

They don’t know how to talk with elder person and dasher the girl with boy cut I don’t know her name at front is even don’t know how to talk! I don’t know how the hiring team hire! And know body take any action at store the manager is watching but he didn’t ask her

The lady in the Window was very rude! We showed them that they barely put garlic sauce on our garlic bread sticks! we didnt even think it was right. We showed her and she fixed it and we said sorry but she was very rude and no reply and just turned away fast !! this place has gone down hill i love going here but i will not be back!

My pizza looked so good you would think it was from a commercial it was perfectly made. I will be back

I ordered an extra large pizza. It definitely wasn't extra large. I sleep during the day and work at night. I was counting on this pizza to be at least to meals. The delivery service was fine, but the service from the those making the food was poor.
