My last two experiences with this papa John's...The last time I ordered a pizza and after about 45 minutes to an hour I started wondering where the pizza was. I looked outside, There's no pizza man and definitely know pizza. They never delivered the pizza, although the delivery driver said that he delivered it to my place describing a home that look nothing like mine. I'd argue with him for 30 minutes before they finally refunded my pizza and decided to bring me a new one. This time I was supposed to have a refund and their system for a free pizza for last time .they didn't have that, I decided order from them again. This time I went to pick the pizza up, got home and the pizza was black all over the bottom and black all over the top burn to a crisp. I called them. Let them know what happened off of the photo that I posted on this review. They didn't want to see the photo they wanted me to go drive in 0° weather again to go pick up a pizza but they already burnt and sent me home with... How is it on me to bring that pizza back, go get another one, drive, give them the burnt pizza back and bring home another one... The refused to send the delivery driver or refund the pizza. So either I keep the burnt one or have to drive back all the way over to supper road and return this to get my money back or receive a new pizza...awesome guys ..

I ordered spinach and chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce. There was cheese on the pizza, it was supposed to be regular crust, they gave be extremely thin and burned pizza. It was for my 6years old daughter.

Pizza is always hot and delicious. However, service has gone downhill. Went in earlier with my boyf to get a large one topping pizza & was met with rude service and unnecessary attitude. I’ll take my business to the next pizza spot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So basically after not ordering from PJ for over a year and a half we decided to give them another chance. Needless to say it was just as bad as I remember. After spending 40$ on a medium 2 topping and order of bread with a 9$ tip, The pizza was COLD! Not luke warm literally cold. As if it rode in the front with the AC blasting it the whole way. The crust on half the pizza is so burnt it crumbles when you touch it. To top it off the garlic Parmesan breadsticks had NO GARLIC PARMESAN ! If I wanted to cook a pizza in my own oven I wouldn’t have ordered out ? The sad part is the pictures make it look better than it is in person ??♀️

Terrible service. The new manager had nothing but attitude. After calling and checking on our order that was already 30 minutes late, she then proceeded to tell us that the pizzas would be an additional hour. This was for a delivery.
