Their app said my food was delivered. There was nothing at my front door. Called to fix the issue just to be told to call a different phone number to get a refund because they would not re-deliver the food. After calling the CS they are telling me that the main store needs to give me a refund and call them. Why do I have to jump through all these hoops for the company's mistake and incompetence?

Only leaving a review as a concern for the public. But I just picked up a door dash order and I watched an employee cough into her hands and then proceed to handle raw dough… I probably wouldn’t order from papa John’s today 😳

I spoke to two different people that claim to be the manager they both hung up on me versus resolving the issue. I will never be back to this establishment again after the horrible experience they’ve given me do not go to this Papa John’s. They need new management and new people.@papajohns

I just like to say I had a roller Coaster of a day and Teresa, I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not, but she needs to be. ( I should have asked ) She was So nice , honestly it was genuine customer service !!!! Thank you for making my crazy day better !!

Doordash delivered my order and was short on extra dipping sauce that I paid for. They told me to call the store for a refund.. I did and they said I didn't place the order through their store (I clicked on the Rocville Rd location). Manager Donny never asked me for my order number but 4 times asked for my telephone number. After being put on hold several times then someone else trying to take my order, my voice started to raise from frustration. Manager Donny again took my telephone number and said I would get a refund. I have never received it.

We ordered delivery, and it came in a timely fashion, and the order was correct. However, the garlic stuffed crust was not at all garlic, tasted just regular. Our pizza was SO undercooked. We had to put it in the oven, and it barely had any cheese on it, so the toppings just fell off while eating it. Disappointing especially for the price.

Pizza was not even close to as advertised. Ordered the shaqarroni with sausage. It was less pepperoni than a pepperoni pizza. Hardly any cheese, and crust was not a hand tossed, but thin as heck! Nasty!

Don't go here their manager Gina is very rude. I preordered my food and they only delivered half of my food. She also said that it wasn't their fault because they were busy. Worst service EVER!!!!

Placed a DoorDash orderTO THIS LOCATION, my DoorDash showed up to this location and had to cancel the order because this location lost my order. so after waiting for an hour, I had no food to show for it. Called the location and asked them why my order was canceled. she said they didn’t have my order at their location I told her well this is where my order went, this is where my DoorDash showed up to, She hung up the phone. I’m hungry… do better. You wasted multiple peoples time tonight. THANK YOU. Now that I see the reviews I get it. Fire everyone, start over.
